We are a dog-friendly location. Off-leash is okay, as long as your dog responds reliably to recall commands and is friendly with children and small dogs. The owners have two small dogs who are occasionally off-leash. Looking to explore off-site? Ithaca: Cascadilla Meadow is located just 5 minutes from Cornell University and 10 minutes from all downtown Ithaca has to offer. Ithaca is well known for its many incredible restaurants, Farmers Market, local stores and art, theatre, wineries and breweries and of course, live music. Finger Lakes: In just 10-20 minutes from this location, you will find an abundance of waterfalls including Ithaca Falls, Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls. Cayuga Lake is great for Sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Lake swimming is available at Myers Park in Lansing or Taughannock State Park outside of Trumansburg. Jump off a diving board into the pool at the bottom of Lower Treman Falls or hike upper Treman to Lucifer Falls, possibly the most beautiful short hike you’ll ever find. The area has hundreds of incredible hiking trails to choose from. Plus, Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes Wine Trail are just a bit farther west! This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Set up at "Sunny Meadow" for open lawn closer to driveway and port-a-potty. Maybe you feel like hanging hammocks to setting the tent at "Creek Side" site down deeper in the forrest. The property runs from Brown Rd. to Powderhouse Rd. All 4 corners are marked with bird houses and along the property line on the North. A fire pit area with benches and lots of level space to pitch tents. Our close to nature spot offers open level lawn, rolling forest and Sugar Creek passing through. Property is lined with Blue Bird houses along with an Owl House, Bat House and a Fox Den.(Not sure what's been occupied so far.) We are building a nature preserve with song birds singing, frogs crooking and deer passing though the area. The road features some beautiful homes and ask guests to show courtesy and to be a good neighbor. Please understand that our property is in the process of removing the dying Ash Trees (Emerald Ash Borer is a problem) and ask for campers to set up near open area/driveway and not the site in the middle of the woods. We are just going to be extra cautious until our removal and re-planting process is completed.**PLEASE NOTE** Cell service is 1/4 mile at top of hill going North toward Fuller Howell Rd.

This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Just 2 miles above the SUNY Binghamton Campus. This camp offers a Country/Forest/Meadow/Creek setting with 4 acres is just 2 miles above SUNY Binghamton Campus on a quite road in the Town of Vestal. Set up at "Sunny Meadow" for open lawn closer to driveway and port-a-potty. Maybe you feel like hanging hammocks to setting the tent at "Creek Side" site down deeper in the forrest. The property runs from Brown Rd. to Powderhouse Rd. All 4 corners are marked with bird houses and along the property line on the North. A fire pit area with benches and lots of level space to pitch tents. Our close to nature spot offers open level lawn, rolling forest and Sugar Creek passing through. Property is lined with Blue Bird houses along with an Owl House, Bat House and a Fox Den.(Not sure what's been occupied so far.) We are building a nature preserve with song birds singing, frogs crooking and deer passing though the area. The road features some beautiful homes and ask guests to show courtesy and to be a good neighbor. Please understand that our property is in the process of removing the dying Ash Trees (Emerald Ash Borer is a problem) and ask for campers to set up near open area/driveway and not the site in the middle of the woods. We are just going to be extra cautious until our removal and re-planting process is completed.**PLEASE NOTE** Cell service is 1/4 mile at top of hill going North toward Fuller Howell Rd.

Site adjoins large gravel area. Most critical: Do NOT drive in roped off areas! (septic system and soft areas there). You are welcome to walk thru the woods and down to the stream with small waterfall.

Ivan had a great little spot for an RV/travel trailer. It’s relatively flat, enough space to comfortably set up and he offers water and electric access. It’s a super short drive to Ithaca. Plus, he’s a really great guy and I enjoyed chatting with him.

We just added another meadow site! It is also located on a small rise in the property and is surrounded by hedgerows and meadows.

This was our second time camping at Ken's (this time with friends and their baby) and it was just as beautiful as we remembered it! Coming later in the season from our first visit meant more rain and fewer campers on the property, which was autumnally idyllic with all of the changing colors on the surrounding trees. It was a wonderful treat as ever to have those waterfalls as our shower throughout our stay. Already looking forward to our next trip out!

We really enjoyed our stay. Frank was a great host. Provided awesome food and fishing tips for his pond filled with bass, crappie, catfish, and trout. We had full hook ups with a gorgeous view. We were so lucky with amazing weather and the morning sunrise with nice cup of coffee was so relaxing. Frank had a great fire going that was relaxing. Very peaceful, and quiet place to visit. Look forward to staying again.

This is a nice spacious site, the creek is a nice feature. Scott provided ample firewood. The shooting range while not close by can be heard. If you are camping with dogs that are afraid of fireworks, this is not a good site. Both my dogs are seasoned campers but we usually camp to get away from the fireworks🙂. The outhouse was further away than we anticipated, wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind.

My boyfriend and I recently converted a shuttle bus into our home on wheels. This was our maiden voyage and it could not have gone any better. Z’s land was the perfect first step for our trip. Easy to find, peaceful, and close by the state parks which was a plus. We stayed here for 2 nights as we explored the area. Wifi was great. Very convenient to have electrical and water hook up. Level spot too. Z was super responsive and an excellent host. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Z!

Loved the secludedness of this place. Campsites very spread out. Plenty of groomed trails to walk and a short drive to many other parks and waterfalls. Compost outhouse did not smell. Plenty of firewood available onsite for a good price (pay with cash or PayPal). FYI no cell signal for T-Mobile customers).

Weekend Trip to Camping along the Dyberry Creek

Nice large, open and private spot by a river. We took a swim in the river after a hike up the hill next to camp to the coffee and chocolate shop. The property itself is pretty and pleasant to walk around. You can also walk to Tanner Falls down the road. It's mostly a walk on a dirt road more than a hike, but pleasant and a nice site to stop and see. The site was well kept, with a clean out house a few minutes walk across the road. Host was very kind and helpful. On arrival he showed us his garden (where we were given permission to pull a few veggies from) and took us to the local trail. The site is by a road, so you can hear some cars every so often but it's not super busy. There's also state game lands nearby, we heard a few gun shots late at night but they were definitely a far off away. I would happily come back to camp again!

Another great visit tent camping at Cascadilla Meadow! Janelle is a fantastic and responsive host, we greatly appreciate the firewood and water they provided. There’s hiking spots within walking distance from the site, and the location isn’t far from many other neat hiking spots. The goldenrod in the meadow are so lovely this time of year too :) absolutely recommend!!

This is a very nice location, only about 11/2 miles from Whitney Point but very private. We were the only people there, had not trouble getting our 17 foot trailer in on gravel pad. We hauled our water but there is the spigot about 200 feet from where the 30 amp service is. A supple of dry wood and nice fire ring we made good use of, river was drought low but still hooked couple smallmouth bass and a several giant chub minnows. Saw couple three bald eagles fly though, lots of blue jays and king fishers sounding off. A very good spot, recommend for privacy and convenience, town is close but it doesn’t feel that way
