Worth the electric hook up for the price. Great view straight out, would recommend over time trying to buffer the neighbors house with some evergreens. No complaints though, especially because it was the only solo campsite with electric hookup around where I needed to be. Thanks so much!

Copper's RV Paradise
Erik was very prompt in his responses to us. The space is private. There’s a house next door but not too close. There’s a gravel RV spot with a bit of a pitch. Likely for water to run off easily. Will take some leveling. The driveway is angled and lined with big rocks. I had my husband back us in. There’s a cinder block for pit and electric hookup on the side of the shed. You’re next to the road, not too close, and mostly lined with trees. The road is moderately busy during the day. There’s also a gun range nearby. Not a problem for us, since we live in a very busy road near a gun range and a race track. So comparatively speaking, it was quiet. The view was stunning. We did explore the property a bit but unfortunately all the rain made it very muddy. Thankful for Tevas. Also, cell service isn’t great. We booked the spot for the convenience to Tioga Downs for a concert and shopping in Owego. Both are very convenient and I highly recommend the breweries in Owego as well as shops like Mystic Moon, Tender Loving Care By Maureen, The Laughing Place, and of course the Early Owego Antique Center always has amazing finds. 1867 Parkview Inn has awesome food and an interesting history.

We loved this slice of paradise. It felt remote yet convenient to town. It rained most of the time we were visiting so we didn’t get to fully explore the property but absolutely plan on returning this summer! We fell in love with the town of Owego and loved exploring the local shops and restaurants!

This was a beautiful site to visit. It was easy to find and setup once I parked. The views were stunning. There's a small creek next to the site that was peaceful to listen to while stargazing from my trailer. The host contacted me prior apologizing for not getting a chance to mow the trails but it honestly wasnt an issue at all. The trails were easy enough to hike through with my pup in tow. There are neighbors near by but it was as if they weren't there with how quiet and peaceful it was. I did sight some bear, mama and her cubs, but they didn't bother to come close to the site. They were in the way back in the woods and tree line. This is definitely a spot I will visit again in the future. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us!

Copper's RV Paradise
Erik's place was beautiful! The views were gorgeous. Perfect for a weekend with the whole family. We had an RV and a few tents set up. There are walking trails and anything you need very close by in Owego. Close enough to spend a day in Ithaca and state parks. Thanks so much for having us, we'd love to come back again!

Nice location. Pretty private. The owner was very responsive and has created an awesome experience in the woods with hiking trails that are color coded for each trail several bridges and some resting areas setup with chairs. We brought a 36 travel trailer which I would say is the max size to get in there for sure. Also be sure to look at the access because you should approach the property with the drive way on your left if your towing. There are also camping areas in the woods for tent camping which is a nice added touch.

Copper's RV Paradise
My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay in a pinch. Erik was extremely responsive and helpful. The campsite was easy to find, and was next to a beautiful field. There was a great, private gravel road right next to the site. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to walk the property but would love to come back and explore. The nearby town was darling and only a couple minutes away but the site still felt secluded. We camped and the only downside was where we pitched our tent was a bit uneven so when it rained it soaked in the side a bit. It was dark when we set up so just make sure your tent is on level ground. Other that, it was a great stay.
