We absolutely loved staying here! We are full-time trailer-towers and have a sweet older pup. Although we booked stays at Treman as with previous years, this time required four moves in two weeks, so I looked for alternatives. Summer Dream popped up only 15 minutes from my Dad's house near the Commons. PERFECT! Tina is a lovely host - from the first conversation to our goodbyes, she made sure we were comfortable and then some. The area where our trailer sat was level, drop and go. You do need to be right next to her trailer though, as the hookups are in an enclosed box behind her trailer. The land was treed and mowed, with a cute picnic table, a fire pit, and wood available. The best part was the quiet, as cars were not frequent and nobody walks by. We were able to walk a few miles daily with no issues which was wonderful for the dog. I'm already looking forward to next year, so better beat me to it! :)

The location was perfect! We were just a short drive from Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, and Taughannock. The site itself was spacious, with full hookups and plenty of room for our two doodles to play. Tina was a wonderful host—attentive and friendly, checking in each day without ever being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again!

Nicely located to be quiet yet quick to central Ithaca and the many other attractions nearby. The Host is very helpful when needed, and there is a set of good hookups that she shares with visitors. Also nice tent sites and a fire ring. But this is basically a simple place for a couple or a small family just to unwind, kick back and enjoy time in a peaceful setting. All the while being close to the action. Perfect for what it does.

Tina’s property was a perfect spot to rest for me and my pup. It is a beautiful shady property with hammocks and a firepit. My trailer fit nicely in front of hers on the property and it the water, septic and electric made it an easy stay. She is super close to all the waterfalls, trails, parks, charming towns and wineries/breweries/ciderys too. And Tina was really lovely to talk with and generous in welcoming me. I’d love to stay again.

We had a great time camping at Tina's place! We used this trip to test out some equipment for car camping, and it was just what we were looking for. The site is well maintained, with all of the advertised amenities, and it's clear that Tina cars for it well, with flowers and decorations. The area is peaceful, and we went for a long walk to see the sunrise in the morning. If we need to camp in this area in the future, we will definitely consider staying at Tina's again.

Beautiful property and Tina was very accommodating. Had to leave early do to medical illness.
Be sure to bring blocks for leveling. Besides that everything is perfect. Close to town with some good breweries.

Camping at Tina's was a wonderful experience! She was so accommodating and friendly. The area is quiet and beautiful, yet not a far drive from the city of Ithaca. I'd recommend to anyone and hope I get a chance to stay again.

Location location location!
We were visiting the finger lakes and this was such a convenient location to Cayuga and Seneca Lakes as well as Ithaca. She has a nice somewhat wooded area (close to road) if you are tenting. We had a camper and used the hook ups (electric, water and septic) so we had to camp right next to Tina's camper. She was away for the weekend so we had lots of privacy, but if she was home it would not have been private at all.
Neighbors were very friendly and one let us pick blueberries to our hearts delight. We saw deer on the property and lots of birds! We had a great stay and AWESOME price! Thanks Tina!

Overall we had a great experience. Tina’s property was great and she was super nice ! She even let us borrow a water hose extension.
However the RV hookups we’re behind her camper so we had to park our camper pretty close to hers. It didn’t say in the listing but her camper is on the property and she stays in it. We are people who prefer privacy when camping but besides that everything else was great!

Tina’s place is the perfect stop if you are visiting Ithaca. She is about 10 minutes from downtown in a very quiet and accessible location.
She has 50 amp electric power as well as 15 amp power. She also has a sewer connection and water If you need it. She has a very sweet dog that never seems to bark and the area is very quiet. The directions are easy to follow and correctly guide you to the spot.
She lives in a travel trailer at the Hipcamp site and is very responsive should you need anything. I had a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you Tina for a great Hipcamp experience.
