It's a nice quiet spot off the beaten path. Dan is a great host. This isn't an RV park with full hook-ups or anything. But there's a nice view of the surrounding hills and a cattle pen with cows and some chickens. A great place to park and take a break for a night or two.

It was a great place to sleep for the night. Definitely felt safe. I travel with my dog who is alert at every noise. I was aware of the tour busses on the weekends…apparently my dog was not. They were great! If you are a person who travels alone this is an awesome place to stay for a wonderful price. If we are coming through again I will absolutely pick this spot.

We brought out wolf pup 16bhsbl travel trailer out to camps the site is huge with plenty of space for 2-3 other families. The directions were easy to follow, however there was one sign that was missing as per the written instructions. One of our party members missed the gate because of the missing sign. The entrance to the camp sign was a little rutted out and you should feel comfortable off roading with a trailer.

We are an upscale, safe and clean Recreational Vehicle Park. We offer Daily, Weekly and Monthly Long Term sites. Our Oversized 70' x40' Pull Thru, full hook up sites all have 750 sq.ft. of high end artificial turf that can accommodate almost any size RV. We have a very nice laundry facility available with 7 brand new coin washers and 7 brand new coin dryers. We are located in the quaint and quiet little town of Florence, which is conveniently close to Canon City (15 mins), Pueblo West (25 minutes) and Colorado Springs (35 minutes) giving you lots of activities to explore near by!
