Joshua’s place is just what we needed. From the open space, the views, the visit from a deer and the calls of several pheasants, everything was great.
We had the run of a large pasture. The kids could be kids and we could relax in quiet and solitude.
Highly recommend and would go back if we are in the area again.

A wonderful secluded spot just close enough to Cañon City and some BLM hiking. Our dogs loved the trail in the back, and the humans loved the hookups so we could glamp in nature.

We recently purchased our very first RV and wanted a private quiet place to test everything out on. This site definitely offered that. Not only is the property quiet, it’s close to a lot of major CO attractions like Cañon City snd the Royal Gorge. It was a perfect place to test our setup out, run to town for things we may have forgotten, etc and Joshua, our host was so nice and quick to respond. He was very helpful when we had a few issues/ questions.

Nice secluded area however there were a ton of grasshoppers and insects. Josh was a great host. And it was nice to be able to have our dogs run free.

K’s place is very relaxing and you feel like you are out in the country. It’s off the highway and very quiet. There is even a nice little circular trail into the wooded area that me and the family enjoyed walking and riding bikes around. If you need all the amenities this place is not for you. If you just want to relax and not be bothered for a bit, this is the spot.
Host lives on front separate property and is very responsive if you need anything. They will also leave you in peace if you don’t need anything. Would recommend.

We brought a pull behind camper to Joshua's property and it was perfect. Hookups and disposal all worked perfectly and Joshua was very quick to respond. I would stay here again.

I loved being here. If you're looking for somewhere to clear your mind and not have people around.. this is it! So much open land to roam around and the dogs had free reign to explore. Only downside I had was the fire ants. Just watch your toes! Host was accommodating and very kind.

We had an amazing time, lots of space to let the dogs play and the peace and quiet was refreshing. Sounds of birds and cows were all we could hear. Plus we had all the accommodations to hook up our camper. 10/10 will be going back! Thanks Josh!

Great host, Very private spot with the treeline giving us privacy to just hang out between hikes. Location was great, pretty much everything we wanted to do was within driving distance. My husband and I rarely get true alone time between family events and work. It was really nice to have a peaceful outing.

We loved the privacy Josh’s land provided us. The sunsets were so beautiful every night and we were close enough to town but still felt very quiet and peaceful. My cat ran away during our visit and Josh and his wife went above and beyond to help out until we found him. I would definitely stay here again we had a great time
