Hipcampers under 21 years old are welcome only under adult supervision. We recommend bringing your own towels and a flashlight since our lodging has an out side toilet. We offer a parking spot at night to have a quick safe place to stay. We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---We sometimes have Buses leaving or returning to our facility late at night, so just know you might hear a large bus pulling in late at night. ---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. If you stick out too far, you need to park North to South , which is parallel to the wood fence with the customer parking signs on it. You can block the handicap signs also if needed. You are also welcome to park in between the building and the front garden bed area as well if you prefer. The ground is not too level there, so you will need to level your rv.

14 nights at Yakalo Ranch

I recently stayed at Yakalo Ranch Pipeline Camp and absolutely loved it. The site is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly peaceful. There’s a gorgeous creek running right by the tent site that made the whole experience feel relaxing and secluded. The camp is about 7 miles up the mountain, so it feels far enough away to really disconnect and enjoy nature, while still being accessible. My dogs had the absolute time of their lives exploring, splashing around, and enjoying all the open space. It was the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and just enjoy the outdoors for a while. We’ll definitely be back.

Jeremy has a wonderful spot here. I enjoyed the camping thoroughly - quiet and beautiful. The disc golf course is fantastic, although the terrain and wind got the better of this flatlander. It's in a great location for taking advantage of the nearby attractions without being in the thick of tourists. When i was leaving, I zigged when I should have zagged and ended up taking the ~25 Mike Phantom Valley Road. While it happened as a fortunate accident, I'd highly recommend this alternative as the views are spectacular. Well done, Jeremy.

We are so happy we found this spot on Hip Camp! The owner was great with communication before our trip and checked while we were there that everything was going smoothly. We have a big 5th wheel and a dog, so the wide open space was a huge bonus instead of a regular RV park. Thank you for sharing your space! The spot provides electric, water and sewer, but they are not all right together since it is a private lot so you might need to get creative on how you hook up. All good though! Loved that they have some furniture to sit and eat outside under the big sky and provided a BBQ as well.

What an incredible spot to stay. We were on the road just passing through and didn’t have time or energy to find a campground so we ran across this amazing spot right across from the red rocks open space. It was perfect and just what we needed for a safe easy stop for the night. We hiked 6 miles the next morning with our two dogs The host was amazing and communication was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.!!!
