We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---We sometimes have Buses leaving or returning to our facility late at night, so just know you might hear a large bus pulling in late at night. ---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. If you stick out too far, you need to park North to South , which is parallel to the wood fence with the customer parking signs on it. You can block the handicap signs also if needed. Elevation of property is 9400’ feet. Runs: 9 total; some names included "Chicken Alley, Leapin' Lena, and Nim-a-go-go" History: This area hosted an average of 350 skiers per day.  The area never had much vertical or snowfall when compared to neighboring hills.  The area can be found near the town of Divide, just outside of Woodland Park.  The area is on a hill to the west of Pikes Peak. The lifts were removed in the early 1990's and the lodge is now a private residence.

Can not thank our hosts Tina and David enough, they’ve thought of everything! The bunkhouse is cozy and has excellent comfort amenities. It’s clean and has everything you could need. Our dogs were comfortable and we loved the dog run and patio! The views are amazing, so grateful to our hosts for sharing their property with us and for their hospitality. The location is amazing and close to so many fun things to do.

We had a wonderful stay at Jolene’s property! She was a fantastic host and always responded to messages quickly and provided a lot of great information for the property and surrounding areas. The views were fantastic and we felt like we had a lot of privacy and the area to ourselves, while still being an easy and quick drive to nearby Florissant, gas stations, restaurants, area attractions, etc. The property is well maintained and includes a lot of thoughtful extras that we are not used to having on a camping trip. We really enjoyed the propane fire pit. It was very easy to use, just bring your own propane. While we didn’t sleep in the sleeping shed (we chose to sleep in our tent) we did use it as a staging/storage area for our food and supplies, which was really convenient and way better than trying to cram everything back into the car throughout our day. We will definitely be putting this spot on our list for a repeat visit next summer!

We had a nice quiet time camping there. It was off the back side of her property, away from most distractions. There was a latched gate to go through, that is required to be shut at all times. Some may find this inconvenient, but it was a small security in my mind. I have a 25’ gooseneck trailer with a camper and Bronco on it and was able to get in reasonably well. The parking area is wide open and pretty close to being level with mulch to walk on instead of dirt which was nice. I’d definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Great place to camp. There was plenty of room to spread out. We had our own camper so didn't sleep in the shed. We did wait out a rain storm in there though. It's more like a little building with windows than a shed. We will definitely camp there again!
