Water from our well is always available outside of the restaurant and bathrooms with running water are available during business hours. There is a fire trail along one of our ridge lines that offers stunning views of the San Antonio Valley as well as our abundant wildlife. We sometimes host speakers and educational workshops and guests are always welcome to participate in events. My husband and I were testing out a camper van and driving down the coast and we enjoyed this spot! It’s peaceful and quiet with pretty views of the sea in the distance. Art was very friendly and communicative about accessing the spot, etc. It was very easy to find - even in the dark and in the fog - because of Art’s instructions. As others have noted the porta potty is a little ways away and down a hill so just be aware of that when you book. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most incredible time here on this beautiful property! Lisa and Scott were the most gracious hosts. We showed up late and it was dark. They met us out to ensure we found the spot and were comfortably situated. They brought over a fire pit so we could roast hotdog and make s’mores. Right off the bat they were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We woke up to a beautiful property. We had a great time running around with the kids, playing on the playground, feeding the goats, playing pickle ball and enjoying coffee provided by the host. We spent the day by the pool and enjoying all of the pool toys and warm hot tub! They provided towels and lifejackets for the kids and sunscreen. It was such a great experience. We can’t wait to come back again!
