Beautiful place to camp. Horses all around the neighborhood chickens crossing the road very nice and clean bathrooms to shower highly recommend going in a trailer and bring bug spray

The campsite comes with nice shading area and open area. Easy access. Quiet at night. Highly recommended.
Overall, the site was as expected; quiet, remote, peaceful. The post amenities included toilets and portable water, of which we did not find either. This made it a very primitive experience not quite as expected.
This was my first time using the app and booking a Hipcamp. I think I like the concept, I needed something quick, so I decided to go with this booking. The host is very accommodating and very friendly. He was able to answer questions rather quickly, and greeted me at the property. He was very knowledgeable about the area. I think I know what to expect. Moving forward when I am looking for future booking locations, and this was a fantastic first experience. The only downside that I could think of were the dogs barking at night, which is not a reflection on the host, but the neighbors. There was livestock guardian dogs, barking late into the night, early morning, but that’s not something you can really control as a host. Other than that, the host had running hot water and a toilet! These amenities are nice!

Edward was very communicative and welcoming! The site was great and the amenities of the shower / flushable bathroom was a plus. Not noisy at all during the night, just the wake up call of the neighboring chickens in the morning (which was quite pleasant and fun to wake up to!). The site was pretty big and had lots of run to get comfortable in.
We stayed one night at 10000 Ranch in our 24-foot RV after booking very late in the evening when we could not secure a campsite near Big Sur. I am thankful that Edward accepted our last-minute reservation and communicated clearly. His PDF guide was helpful, although the directions and site markings could be improved, especially for guests arriving after dark.
The roads inside the ranch were narrow and unpaved, with a few low tree branches that brushed against the RV. The site itself was level, spacious, and peaceful, but it required backing in. Finding the exact parking spot and the bathroom keypad in the dark was difficult. A brighter sign or clearly marked keypad would make arrival much easier.
There were no RV hookups, which was clearly mentioned in the listing and was as expected. The garage bathroom had electricity, but there were several insects inside. Wi-Fi was available but spotty, although mobile data worked well.
The best part of the stay was how quiet and serene the location was. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise with horses in the background, and there was no noticeable noise at night. The dirt road was solid to drive on, though it created some dust.
At around $60 for the night, I felt the stay was worth it. With better nighttime markings, stronger Wi-Fi, and improved bathroom cleanliness, this could be a top-notch overnight RV stop. Overall, a peaceful and valuable stay. 4/5.

Very quiet and straight forward camp site! Easy to get in and out of after hours!
We had a great stay at this small campsite on Edward’s property. The campsite was peaceful, and having access to a clean toilet and shower in his garage was very convenient and much appreciated.
The only downside was that there was a party in the neighborhood with loud music that continued until after 2 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. This was outside the host’s control, but if the area had been quieter, the experience would have been even better.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, well-maintained campsite.

This was a beautiful site and we enjoyed staying with our trailer under the large tree. The bathroom was in the garage and clean/easy for our family. The site did have some burrs. Easy communication with the host.
Convenient and spacious. Just passing through but the farm was beautiful and the host was responsive!

Great property and Edward was super friendly! Saw a variety of wildlife come through his property, great relaxing spot to camp!
This is a mown field at a short distance from the house, enough to feel like you have privacy. Not too far from highway but far enough out of town to be very quiet. Nice country neighborhood. It’s very considerate to have a toilet and shower nearby for guest use. Edward is a great communicator- quick, warm, helpful.

What a lovely spot! Edward is fantastic- excellent communicator and very welcoming. The space is clean and calm with a nice view. Feels luxurious to have a shower and bathroom too!

Not hard to find with clean enough bathroom and shower. Not much privacy because the tent site is right next to a country-ish road. Good communication from the host is a plus.

It was quite pleasant to deal with Edward, he was helpful, attentive and accommodating, easy and nice to talk as well. He was kind enough for us to use the bathroom in his garage. He also has an outdoor sink to use. The Wi-Fi access is nice to have. Nice tree shading and big open space. The neighborhood is really nice to walk around and felt safe. Really high end homes and massive land properties. Would highly recommend this camp site.

Really appreciate Edward's communication and flexibility with letting us roll in late. Enjoyed the Coyote serenade on our arrival, the peace, quiet, and the beautiful morning colors.
Wonderful space! Peaceful and quiet. Large area. The dogs loved it too.

Really cool spot right in the middle of a bunch of national park and forest land.
Great place to get away from the city! The RV was clean and stocked with essentials for cooking and the shower and toilet was close by. We brought our own sleeping bags and pillows, which worked out perfectly.
We booked this stay to be closer to the wineries, pumpkin patches, and u-pick farms nearby, it was such a convenient location for exploring the area. Would definitely come back again!
It’s a nice, clean and spacious place to camp. The host is also very responsive, welcoming and accommodating. He even offered his RV if needed during our camp. There is also a storage where you get some chairs, table and game stuff that you can use. A great place to stay for those new campers- with toilet, shower. It’s safe as it’s close to the host’s house.
While striking out on state and national campgrounds for a short overnight, Edward’s spot appeared on Hipcamp, which I’d never used before this. It was a basic good spot, not far off the freeway, but still charming with the noise and smells of nearby chickens, squirrels, goats, etc. It felt tucked away. Our random camp mates were wonderful, which was a big plus!

Great to be out under the stars in Edward’s field. Lots of animals to peek your curiosity when you wake up. Had a decent shower and bathroom yet we didn’t use the shower. Would stay there again.
