50’ long Rv pad with 20amp power and water. Also campfire ring and firewood included. Back in spot. Located very close to Muller State Park, Florissant Fossil Beds National Park, Wolf Wildlife Center, great fishing and hiking.
Due to large amounts of wildlife pets are not allowed. Site is in the tall aspen and spruce trees. Very quite area but close to everything

Dan was most accommodating, his communication was timely and clear. His land in fact posted wildlife, deer that would come onto the property, beautiful aspens and overall felt very safe at his site. My family of four with two young kids stayed in there isn’t a thing I would have changed. He is knowledgeable with the area that helped us outloads he also was very helpful in getting things set if needed.
