Private, peaceful and beautifully set in a lovely spot surrounded by creation. Yvonne and her husband are friendly and ensure their guests have everything they need. They marked a trail to make snowshoeing easy and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this special place. Thank you very much for sharing and look forward to returning.

Weekend Trip to Forest Cabin
The forest cabin was everything I’d hope for and more. I wanted a place to get away and reconnect with nature and that’s exactly what I got out of my stay. I went for hikes through the property, got to play with the sheep and the dogs! And like others have said in their reviews, by far the best outhouse I’ve ever soon! I would 100% recommend staying here! I’ll be back to check it out in the spring or summer!

2 nights at Forest Cabin
Everdale is a special place! The straw cabin is simple, comfortable and so quiet! I felt safe as a person going there solo and walked their well loved and cared for land extensively. It was an education as well in that they have a regenerative farm. Being a long time gardener myself, it was interesting to read the sign posts on my walk explaining different aspects of regenerative farming and the lands ecology. I'll definitely come back and in the colder months, be sure you're comfortable keeping the woodstove going, you may need to split wood, etc. Also, being solar powered, if it's a cloudy day, the lights may go off early. I was glad I brought a battery operated lamp. Great place, great feeling there.!

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at Yvonne's cabin. Beautiful setting surrounded by gorgeous fall colours. Yvonne and her husband were very friendly and provided great communication. Lovely spending the weekend without electricity!

Weekend Trip to Cabin In The Woods
The cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway, it's beautifully designed and maintained and is tucked away in the woods which gives you your privacy and lots of trails to explore. I went in early October so got to see beautiful fall colors. Yvonne and Glenn were wonderful hosts, very friendly and lovely people. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We very much appreciated and enjoyed our time in the cabin! I love how private and secluded it is, surrounded by beautiful forest with marked trails! The wood stove was glorious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Lisa's property was amazing! Lots of room, beautiful view of everything. Saw deer every day! Loved the outhouse, we are used to privies at Algonquin but the outhouse was way better - especially with the rain we had. She was great with communication and even checked to make sure we were ok after a big gusty windy rainy period of time. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much Lisa.

This was one of our favourite Hipcamps. The lake was busier than we are used to but it was a long weekend so totally expected. We appreciated the private feel of the campsite being nestled in our little corner and we customized the site with tarp shelters and a hammock to lay about in the afternoons. The night sky was gorgeous with the moon and the sound of waves to keep us company. One should keep in mind that there are elevation changes at the site that could prove challenging for some. I was able to portage our canoe down to the water and back up to our vehicle but the pitch through the trees and down to the beach could prove tricky. Overall, we liked the secluded, civilized-rustic feel of the space: not Crown Land but sounds of the forest gave it a wild feel.

We had a lovely time at bon echo tiny village. It's our first time here with our RV camper. The site was nice and clean and the facilities are well maintained. We were at site 44, which is in the forest lane. It was only a min walk from the office, washroom and pool. The staff was so friendly and lovely. We're about 5 min walk from the dock and had a great time kayaking!

We enjoyed our stay so much we'll definitely be returning. Good amount of wood supplied and easy to grab another bag. The outdoor kitchen was so well stocked and clean. The outhouse as well. I could go on and on, but I don't want you booking one of our future stays there.

It was close enough to washrooms and other amenities while still remaining private and like you were in the wilderness. Staff were excellent and attentive to any questions. Canoeing down the river was nice because you don’t run into other watercraft, and scenic with nice wildlife. Great walking paths through the forest and up past the waterfall. Would recommend for families with kids. Site 49, “private” tent site is nice for being out of the view of any other site.

Lisa was super friendly, communicative, responsive and welcoming before and during our stay! The site and surrounding fields, forest and lake were spectacular and we had the entire grounds to ourselves. Couldn’t have made a better first impression and the site was beyond our expectations. Will highly recommend to others in the future.

Tiny village echo lake camping site is a lovely place to camp. First time camping experience and it was perfect . The site is private and easy to navigate. Barely any mosquitos. There is a nice pool, and showers. The main office lake and all accommodations are only a 5 min walk away from the camp sites . The management is very helpful and was only a call away answer any questions. Paddle boats and canoes are also available to take out onto the lake . 5/5 experience overall. Will defiantly be back!

We had a really good time camping here. There's another site but it's not close enough that you can hear or see them. We enjoyed being able to take our kayaks out into the lake although we didn't catch a single fish or even see life in the lake.

The views are spectacular any time of day!!! Lisa is a friendly, flexible host who took the time to take the children to visit the cows and their guard donkey.
You can enjoy the gorgeous water especially if you throw in a kayak to skirt over the weeds and algae, that are bursting with freshwater mussels, btw!
We did this and enjoyed a successful evening of fishing, swimming and paddling!
The set up is perfect! Even the outhouse comes with a view and is interesting condition!
