Hey, I booked without realising that my car may get bogged and being new to the Sunny Coast, I would recommend your place from the description and images, but add that a 4WD in wet season/wet weather would be ideal.
I actually didn't end up at the site. I turned around on the road leading in because it was dark and the road surface was soft and full of deep puddles.
Thanks for inviting people to your place. It looks lovely and maybe I'll get an opportunity to stay when it's a bit warmer and the roads have dried out.

Had the best 3 nights here! Can’t wait to be back. So peaceful but so close from Noosa Heads. The neighbors are the sweetest too :)

A beautiful and tranquil paradise in the forest. We had the paddock to ourselves which was perfect and it was directly located on local walking tracks that led straight into the forest. Would 100% recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Nice quiet spot. As other reviewers mentioned, the paddock is a decent size but the flat area is quite small, so the tent sites are close together. But we still had plenty of space for a large tent and shade dome, and no issues with noise overnight.

The campsite is nice, and in a great location. The campsites however are much too close together. I wouldn’t want to be there when all 3 sites are booked, as it could get noisy

Beautiful spot surrounded by stunning nature. Easy to get to and simple layout for ease of camping. Would have loved to explore the trail that runs right alongside the property, next time. Pleasure to stay and thanks for having us. Guillaume’s a really nice bloke

We recently stayed at this campsite and found it to be quite peaceful and enjoyable, especially at night. The surroundings were serene, and it was lovely to relax under the stars without any disturbances.
However, one downside was the presence of some very large lizards roaming around the area. While they were fascinating to watch during the day, they became a bit of a nuisance as they ventured into our equipment and belongings. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re not a fan of wildlife getting up close!
Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but a little extra care with your gear is definitely needed.

Didn’t realise there was a dirt road to access the camp site. They also need a better sign maybe saying “Hipcamp” as all they had was a very small “399” which I first drive past. Because of the slope of the land, the actual 3 camp sites are crammed together in the bottom corner. There’s no 4G network here so that might be be a positive or a negative. Starlink just worked even with all the trees around. They have a pic of a road but that goes up to the owners house so that pic is not of any use for campers. I booked 4 nights but left after 1 night. The owner was friendly and responded quickly to my messages.

We stayed here for a few weeks as our base. We are traveling Australia and came home for a visit, while working locally. It worked perfectly for our family. Great flat site for our 23ft off road van. Beautiful and peaceful rainforest setting, and our belongings felt very secure when we went away for a few small trips to see family. We had enough solar exposure to maintain our offgrid setup and water tap is a short 5min drive at Lake Mcdonald canoe launch. There is also water and a dump point available at the rv stop in Cooroy. The national park is next door and the Noosa trail network is adjacent to the camp site. There are a couple of level sites and a very peaceful setting. It’s worth noting that there is a ‘no caravans’ sign at the beginning of the road, however it was only about 500m to the turnoff of the property down the road. It is quite steep and dirt, our bt50 towed our 3tonne van down and back up with no problems. We’ll definitely be back for future return trips home while we are still on the road.

There wasn’t a lot of level space for camping so we had to park quite close to someone else’s set up which felt a little crammed. The location is very beautiful and peaceful with no traffic noises. There was no reception there which might not be an issue if you’re looking to disconnect from the world and immerse yourself in nature. We felt it was expensive for what it was.

To camp at Guillaume's is quite a unique way to explore the Noosa area, away from the hustle and bustle, your camp is in a remote area adjacent to a stunning hiking track and close to Lake MacDonald and the botanical gardens. Easy access to hinterland's best towns or downtown Noosa. We look forward to return and recommend this camp.
