Amazing views
Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
The only campsite in Port Douglas for caravans and tents :) Our land is set on 20 acres, offering powered sites for caravans and campgrounds for tents. Enjoy stunning views overlooking Port Douglas, the ocean, and Low Isles. The property is also backed by a glorious rainforest, keeping the temperature down in summer. We are just a 5-minute drive to town and the beach. For your convenience, a courtesy bus can pick you up from the front gate if you'd like. The campsite includes: - Toilets - Showers - Potable Water - Electrical Hookup - Water Hookup We allow: - Pets - Campfires For any inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us :)

Someone was having a domestic at the house attached to the property the second night we stayed, my child wanted to leave besides from that good luck finding your water connection and enjoy sharing the single combined toilet and shower which seems to be someones who is permanently staying.

Lovely site, very helpful but a shame we had to cut our stay short for technical reasons

Very friendly and accommodating locals who live on site permanently. We were entertained by their stories and a bit of fun banter. Toilet and shower reasonable, I gave the toilet a clean when we arrived. We stayed down near the amenities as only overnight but the top camp looked like it would have amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

The views from the sites on the hill are fantastic. The sites are pretty level. Having power is great (although make sure you have right connector to lawfully connect to 10 amp. The toilet and shower are OK but quite a long downhill and back up walk away. Didn't ever see Krystal, but Aaron seemed friendly and helpful. Main criticism is that the sites area is essentially red, rocky dirt that becomes muddy when wet. And it's hard to know how many neighbours you might have. I think they should not go beyond 3 sets of campers/caravanners up on the hill. For $71 per night, you expect a bit of space. Overall, on a value for money basis. I'd give the whole setup an OK, but mainly for the view and easy 10 minute access to PD. It would also help if access to water was more convenient than a tap behind a shed 400 metres away.
