Tucked away on a small hobby farm backing directly onto Sheep Station Conservation Park, this is a peaceful, no-frills spot for guests who enjoy the simple things in life. You’ll be sharing the property with some sheep, chickens, geese, and a friendly alpaca. This is not a party location, but homeschoolers and young families are very welcome. Children stay for free. There is a bathroom & small kitchenette available up at the shed, a large communal fire pit on the front paddock, and a sheltered picnic table & small playground in the back paddock. Feel free to jump the back fence into Sheep Station Park, but be aware that the park has no amenities and does not allow vehicles or pets. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash due to the farm animals and surrounding conservation area. Please make sure you always shut the gate when coming and going to prevent our sheep wondering off the farm. Please note that the dam is more for scenery than swimming... though you're welcome to try out the kayaks.

The front paddock gives closer access to the kitchenette, filtered drinking water, bathroom (cold water only), farm animals, and the communal fire. Most of the front paddock has a slight slope, but there is a flat area near the shed. Please make sure you always shut the gates behind you to prevent the sheep escaping. Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash.

A grassy paddock located behind the dam, backing onto Sheep Station Conservation Park. To access the site, drive past the shed and fire pit, over the spillway, and choose your own spot to set up camp. Please make sure you always shut the gates behind you to prevent the sheep escaping. There is a bathroom, small kitchenette, and filtered water available up at the shed, which is a couple minutes walk from the paddock. Pets are welcome but must be kept on leash.

Amazing place to stay make you feel like part of the family, ended up having car troubles and they did so much to help me out, nice level grounds in most parts which is also a plus

John and Kim were excellent hosts. We actually broke down on their land and they went above and beyond helping us to get back on the road, we cannot thank them enough. Beyond that they gave us some good tips for places to go, told us some wonderful stories of their travels and even let us feed the livestock, which includes an alpaca 🥰. The paddock was very spacious and surprisingly level, helping cut down our set up time. It was also only a short walk to the toilet/kitchen area. We found the paddock to be very peaceful, and just a short drive to many shops and only 1/2 hours away from key locations such as Brisbane, Noosa and sunny coast. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing we could not have asked for better host Kim & John are the most loveliest pure human beings you will ever meet and are the definition of what community stands for. Perfect little camping place bring your kids or dogs they have some very friendly farm animals like bonnie and clyde ( the geese ) an alpaca which was interesting but she was a very sweet timid girl the kids or even you adults can feed them in the morning its jusy si lovely at the property and the people are even better, We will definitely come back in the future 🥰

My girlfriend and I have camped at Vande Farm and we love it. We have in fact decided to extend our stay. Everything went smoothly, communication was excellent and clear, John and his family have been lovely (thank youuu) and the location was nice and peaceful too. Toilet, shower and kitchenette were also spotless clean.
