Our property has a mix of open flat grassed areas surrounded by gum trees. Lakeside is a large, naturally occurring waterhole where you can fish, kayak and swim. Beside the water's edge you may see cattle and horses roaming freely in area. There is plenty of wildlife in trees. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water supply. Woowoonga National Park and Wongi National Park are located close by, which are home to various wildlife including little red flying foxes, yellow-bellied gliders, sugar gliders, bandicoots, pademelons and wallabies. Wongi is also well known for its wetlands and waterholes. Dogs welcome.

Lakeside Camp
Solitude next to a lake
What a magic spot to stay, had the whole place to 4 of us and I'm pretty sure that's how it operates you book and it's yours. Very quiet apart from us maybe🤔 The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful over the small lake and lots of birds and livestock made it a nature lovers dream. Will definitely come back if Darren let's us 🙂 Sat around a camp fire and just chilled.

Lakeside Camp
Easy access to a nice clear and reasonably flat grassy area next to the lagoon. Did some fishing and caught nothing but that was half the fun. Very relaxing with no one else around. Darren dropped in with (pre-ordered) firewood for our two nights. Had a roaring fire both nights in the fire pit. The Maryborough Biggenden Road is a a few hundred metres away. There wasn't much traffic (or noise) despite it being a long weekend. Highly recommended if you want a great outlook and an easy camp area.

Lakeside Camp
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay . We loved being the only camp. Beautiful, peaceful. Our grandson had a blast watching the cattle of a morning and trying to catch yabbies with his poppy. The directions were very easy to follow. We will definitely return for another break away .
