Billabong Farm Stay is set on a 5 acre block just off the Bruce Highway. Enjoy the comfort of our self contained cabin overlooking the dam and wetlands. There are 2 kayaks for you to use to kayak around the dam or just sit and relax on the jetty. Around the dam is an abundance of wildlife. There are tame resident sheep, cows, goats and chooks you can hand feed while staying here. The cabin also has a small dog yard attached to it to leave your furry friend in while you go and explore the beautiful Whitsundays. The heart of Airlie beach and all of your island, reef and fishing day trips start from is only a 20 minute drive. Hydeaway bay and its beautiful beaches are only 25 minutes and Bowen is 45 minutes north up the highway.This cabin is set at the very rear of the property surrounded by trees and a large dam only 20 metres from your veranda. There is an abundance of birds and animals that frequent the water hole. There is a complimentary kayak you can use to kayak around the dam. Enjoy a sunset sitting on the jetty. Take your food scraps and feed one of the many animals on the property, there are cows , goats, sheep and chickens that you can hand feed and are very friendly. If you have your own mattress for kids they can also stay on the cabin floor if they like. Washing machine available upon request. The heart of Airlie Beach and all of its tours and cruises are only a quick 20 minute drive away…..

Relaxing & well equipped stay.

Had a lovely time at Brad's stay. He was kind enough to bring a BBQ machine at our request. The place is clean & well equipped with amenities. Definitely highly recommended.

Little bit of R&R

Loved how peaceful and quiet it was, the pond was nice to sit and look over and see all the birds. Brad was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again if we come back up this way
