The property is amazingly quiet, secluded and private. Nestled at the head of a little valley in the Dorrigo area, it is surrounded by private farmland, state reserve and private bushland. The local area is renowned for the beautiful and welcoming community, stunning forests and breathtaking waterfalls.Deer Flat is prime flat camping in Deer Vale. Camp next to Borra Creek where kingfishers can be spotted flying around, you may even catch a wedge tailed eagle or two cruising the thermals. Guest have access to a composting toilet. There is no access to potable water, power and there is limited mobile reception.
