In the living room, glampers will be wowed by the beautiful wooden paneling, tall cathedral ceilings, and large glass doors that lead out to the deck. Guests will love the plush furnishing, flat-screen television, and open floor concept, allowing plenty of space for all. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and comes with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffeepot, a refrigerator, and all of the utensils necessary for whipping up something delicious. Glampers can enjoy their meals outside at the breakfast bar and kitchen table, which seats eight in total. Outside, guests will find a picnic table, a grill, a fire pit, and a path leading to Fish Creek where they can play, swim, go fishing, and much more. Surrounded by towering pines and peaceful views, this getaway is perfect no matter what the season. Glampers will have access to an array of amenities to ensure their comfort. For entertainment, there is a TV, a DVD player, and a library of books, movies, and games. Outside, guests will be pleased to find both a front porch and a back deck so that they can admire the tranquil 360-degree views. The back deck and yard boast a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and a two-person swing. There is also a fire pit that comes with cookware, a separate grill, a popcorn popper, and extendable marshmallow forks. The sunset views up on Bliss Hill are incredible. You can tour the property and meet our flock of chickens, bee hives, mushroom garden, and baby orchards. Our Australian Shepards will greet you and show off their herding skills with the chickens. If you have a hankering for some farm fresh eggs, honey, mushrooms or wild ramp butter, we've got you covered! It's a fun site for kiddos, as well!Downtown Syracuse is a 20 minute drive, the village of Manlius is 2 miles down the hill, the quaint village of Cazenovia is only 10 minutes away and Green Lakes State Park is also a 10 minute drive.  Road biking around the area is extensive with plenty variation in scenery. Our farm is 12 miles from Route 90 and 7 miles from Route 20.

Beak and Skiff Apple Orchard is a 20 minute drive for after concert camping. Our close proximity to Syracuse and Ithaca is convenient for our guests. Please google map the address vs using the Hipcamp directions. We lease some of our property to local farmers but otherwise the land is in a relatively natural state. We enjoy the blue birds and other wildlife, our gardens and the views, and hope you will too! Bramble Hill is also available for family and wedding related photo shoots and you'll see some of these photos that showcase the property. Our 80-acre property has been inhabited since the 1860's (that's how old the house is), but the north ~30 acres have remained forested and contain fern groves, sugar maples we tap for syrup, a small freshwater spring, wild turkeys and deer. Another ~20 acres are pasture, with lots of birds (sometimes rare ones!) and wildflowers. Our farmhouse, firewood, barn, chicken coop and vegetable garden are all closer to the road - the pond, birch grove, and berry patch are more secluded. Learn more about this land:We are a small family "farm" with lots of spare acreage to camp on. Pitch a tent close to our barn to be near the goats, pigs, chickens, or highland cattle, a bit farther out to be near the secluded pond and berry bushes - or way out in the 20 acres of wildflower fields or 30 acres of woods that house deer, fox, and rabbits!

If you come at the right time, you can watch local farms in the field! We have made many improvements to our campsite this year! We upgraded our canvas tent and now offer a cabin! Our cabin has a queen bed with a coleman air mattress that can sleep 2. We do have a 5 person tent available for those that have more than 2 adults. There is plenty of room in the cabin for little ones that have sleeping bags or a twin air mattress. We also provide bedding for the queen bed. In the morning, you can sit in our nook inside the cabin to enjoy your coffee or take in the view from our platform which has our picnic table and additional seating. We offer a loo (portable toilet, just use the bags provided and properly dispose of them) as well as a sun shower. We are in the works of adding Shady Groove- a "Cool" place to hang during our hot months. Our favorite feature is our bridge that takes you to the pond for fishing! You will pass this on your way to the campsite, roughly a half mile walk to the pond near our residence. Upon arrival, you’ll have a complimentary jar of blackberry jam made from our own local blackberries as well as access to many of our yard games (jenga, yardzee, and much more!) Located just 30 minutes north of Utica, you will be a short drive from many local restaurants and shopping if sitting at the campsite is not your speed. Drive 40 minutes north to Old Forge, NY for some local shopping, a water park, and a local brewery and some hiking as well!

Our property is a rolling hill with views from the top and a pond and flat area at the bottom to play. We are 5-10 minutes from a couple of small lakes for boating and fishing and 15 minutes from larger Cazenovia lake. We are also close to Delphi falls that has hiking and a really nice waterfall to visit and walk in. There are other local parks and hiking in the area for things to do. We are only 5 minutes out of Morrisville and 15 minutes to the town of Cazenovia and Hamilton (weekend farmers markets). There are plenty of places to visit that are close including local wineries and 3 casinos within 30 minutes.
