Beautiful and quiet hilltop sight with great views of the valley. Close to Cazenovia. It was raining so I was in and out but had a peaceful nights sleep.

Very serene and peaceful setting! We only stayed there overnight to sleep so wasn’t able to spend a lot of time there, but we enjoyed what little time we spent there. Would have loved to have spent more time there. Next time!

We took a last minute overnight camping trip and this place was perfect. Secluded, only about a 25 min drive from Syracuse, & subtle beautiful scenery. Barbara was great making sure we made it safe and knew exactly where to go. This time it was just us and the dogs but we plan to return with our little girls for our annual back to school camping trip in 3 weeks!

I was a first time hipcamp user. I booked last minute and arrived very late at night. It was dark. Barbra’s response was fast! She walked me through the process. The out house was very clean. The space was clean. And oh wow! I sure did wake up to a beautiful view! Thank you Barbra

Quiet, private, and spacious with beautiful views in the daytime and dark skies at night. My favorite place to stay in central NY — especially after a show at nearby Beak and Skiff. Barbara is a helpful and communicative host. Highly recommend!

I stayed here during the 2024 eclipse in my van. The location and star gazing were great. There's a well-stocked gas station–Pompey Mall–a few minutes away if you need anything. It was extremely private the first night as I was the only camper. The second night, there was a group of dispersed campers also on site–Barbara sent me a message letting me know–but I still felt private in my van. The field is medium-sized and open, so If I was also camping on the grounds, there was space to spread out. Something to note: the waypoints provided took me to the wrong location, but if you use the address and the directions from Barbara, the campsite is easy to find.

Excellent rural site with panoramic views. Large area cleared and mowed with 2 different spots (fire ring, stone circle) for campfires. Dark skies provide wonderful stargazing opportunities. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a campground or site near Green Lake State Park and came across Barbara’s site. It was very clean, private (no other campers), spacious, and lovely view of the hills. It was close to several state parks and lakes. Has a picnic table so we were able to save space in the car and leave my camping table at home. Has a fire pit. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was the perfect place to set up camp for a short overnight stay. The directions were clear, and the views were amazing to wake up to! The provided firewood was an added bonus! The accommodations were simple, but adequate for a camping trip. We would highly recommend!

Rather last minute (the day of, a few hours before arriving) I was looking for a place to camp outside of Syracuse. Barabara was very responsive. Her spot had lovely views and I was able to find it by following the directions she provided . Thankfully, she had plenty of wood on the property to make a fire- the one thing I forgot to plan for. Down the road, there was a local preserve with a large pond and hiking trails.

Barbara's camp spot is beautiful. We went for a night in October so there was no one else there which was very peaceful. We had difficulty finding the place after dark but once we found the sign, it was easy to find the place to park. I might suggest a slightly taller enclosure for the toilet as I felt exposed when sitting down and up. Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bramble Hill Farm!
The property was clearly marked with a sign along the street, and the driveway was a well-maintained gravel path. When we got to the top of the hill where the campsite was, we were amazed by the views and fields of yellow flowers. We got our tent set up by the firepit and kicked back and relaxed all evening. The stars here are amazing at night!

Stayed at Bramble Hill for a night while in town for a show and thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s remote and quiet, and has a beautiful view. The large property is obviously lovingly maintained.
Barbara was a gracious host with excellent communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Location is easy to find. Superb view of sunset and star gazing and a great place to let our puppy run free in the field. The field itself the campsite is in is very clean and was well maintained. The campsite is right next to a natural reserve. Extra plenty of free firewood, with wood sitting stools around the fire pit which is very convenient. We will be back!

Bramble Hill Farm is an adorable place to camp! The stargazing, sunsets and sunrises were excellent; we spent more time staring at the sky than anything else. There's plenty of space, with a great fire pit and fire wood provided. We had a great time here, would definitely recommend it.

Had an absolutely great time, location was beautiful and very well-kept! Perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Directions were clear and we had no trouble getting settled. Loved the privacy of the location although there was a little noise in the background from the road/others far in the distance, but not to point where it took away from the experience at all. Would definitely come back!

This location was beautiful. The hosts have provided just about everything you could need. Firewood, bathroom facilities, and a fair price. It was great for stargazing with a wide view of the sky. Close enough to the road that you can still sorta hear traffic but as it got later, the traffic died down significantly. I would love to come back here in the fall when the leaves start changing colors. It would be beautiful!

The site is secluded, but close enough to the road to not be worrisome. Host provided plenty of firewood and a nice pad to set up a tent. You cannot beat the sunset and sunrise here.
