We are a family that travels in our RV fulltime and have created this private oasis for travelers to unwind. This location is in a quiet area in the rolling hills of Morrisville. Our property is a rolling hill with views from the top and a pond and flat area at the bottom, we don't actively mow the hill and large field area, the camping area is mowed. We are 5-10 minutes from a couple of small lakes for boating and fishing and 15 minutes from larger Cazenovia lake. We are also close to Delphi falls that has hiking and a really nice waterfall to visit and walk in. There are other local parks and hiking in the area for things to do. We are only 5 minutes out of Morrisville and 15 minutes to the town of Cazenovia and Hamilton (weekend farmers markets). There are plenty of places to visit that are close including local wineries and 3 casinos within 30 minutes. Some day trip attractions: Eaton Reservoir- paddling less than 10 min away Cazenovia Lake - swimming, paddling 15 min away Chittenango Falls - hiking 20 min away Green Lakes State park - swimming, paddling, hiking 30 min away Rexford Falls - hiking 30 min away The Wild Animal Park - Zoo with safari 30 min away Jamesville Beach Park - swimming, paddling 35 min away Tinker Falls - hiking 35 min away Pixley Falls - hiking 1 hr away Carpenter Falls - hiking 1hr away Fillmore Glen State Park - waterfall, hiking approx 1 hr away Ithaca gorges and waterfalls 1 hr 30-1 hr 45 minutes away Corning Glass and Watkins Glen 2 hrs away Howe Caverns 1 hr 30 hrs away Old Forge and Enchanted Water Safari 1 hr 30 hrs away NY City 4 hr 30 hrs away

Our property is 10 acres with a small pond on site and a decent sized hill to hike up to see the view and sunsets. We don't get to actively mow the hill area and the grasses can grow knee high. The pond is swimmable if you can brave the spring fed water temps. The camping area is mowed and ready for you to relax for the day. We have many local things in the area to do from hiking, biking, waterfalls, and local lakes to swim, boat or go fishing. Our property has two RV sites with full hookups. Both sites have a 50amp and there is one 30amp available for either the right or left side with a septic system and a well.

Great spot, easy to hook up...even if you arrive at 10pm like we did. No complaints--easy, private and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet area, no road noise! Great to be on level stone, it rained all week and there was no mud! Easy reliable full hookup with no issues.

Beautiful property and the full hookups were convenient and the spot was easy to get level. It is on a quiet road so it was very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Me and my dog absolutely loved camping here! The other couple that has their camper there when away for the weekend so we had the whole place to ourselves. The site was easy to get in and out of and everything worked as it should. I would definitely come back and camp there again in the future!!

Very simple and nice RV location. Close to Syracuse, SUNY Morrisville and everything else in the area. Full hook up is the added bonus with this location. I would definitely recommend this as a spot to stay if you happen to be in the area.

Super easy to hook up. Love that you are out in the almost middle of nowhere. It’s super dark out if you have no fire going. We didn’t get to really explore the land but it was level and peaceful!! Definitely plan on going back there again!!

Great place. Fifty amp power, very good water and septic right there, all as advertised. The place was absolutely quiet and perfect for a little downtime. A big bonus? The roads in the area were amazing to walk along, up and down the hills with great views and rarely a car passing by. Great place, will be back again for sure.

Nice spot with lots of space. Close to everything we planned to do. New gravel area added to "left side" not in description. Unfortunately the hike to the top of hill was not mowed and the pond over grown.

Spot was very quiet and peaceful. We did not have anyone in the second site. The pad was nice gravel and the grass was neatly mowed. We really enjoyed this spot and if you are attending a concert at Beak and Skiff it’s not too horrible of a drive at all, maybe 35 minutes. We will certainly rebook in the future.

Stayed this weekend, great spots for our dogs to run around and have privacy. Price was great, host was super friendly and responsive. T mobile service was good, lots of beautiful waterfalls close by to visit.
