80 acres of woods and greenspace give you plenty of options to pitch your tent! No tent? No worries, for an additional fee, choose our hillside cabin or 120-year-old farmhouse! Features include hiking, camping; fire ring, and flat greenspace. Night rates vary by day of the week and by season. Pet's are allowed at no additional charge when camping, however, there is an additional $50 fee per pet that will be staying inside the farmhouse. The town of Augusta is less than 5 minutes away, home to an array of small antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants including Augusta Distillery, Baker - Bird Winery, and The Bee Hive Tavern. Enjoy breakfast or Ice Cream at the General Store, grab a pint at the Augusta Pub, and pick up a pie at Carota's Pizza!

As you enter the property you'll be greeted by Imagination creek, some large trees, and a 120-year-old farmhouse (available for an additional fee) On your right you'll see our fire ring, kids zipline and hillside cabin (Cabin available for an additional fee.) The front main fields are prefect for camping and offer plenty of flat area to play games and spread out.

Our cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse offers electric, water and HVAC and sleeps up to 13 people. Cook a family meal in our recently rennovated kitchen, complete with farmhouse sink. Our front living room offers tall celings and a large windows that let plently of natural light. Sit back and relax on our leather sofa while reading your favorite book or or completing a puzzle. You can also watch your favorite movie on our big screen TV. Our back living area offers a comfy daybed perfect for sleeping and relaxing to watch your favorite show. Our full bath is large and has plenty of room for more than one person to get ready. Our half bath has been recently updated with al new flooring, and bath fixtures and furnishings. The upstairs area offers (3) bedrooms: Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed, Bunkbed ( Bottom Full, Top Twin) Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Full Bed Bedroom #3 - King Bed Back Living Room - Full Size Pull Out Day Bed The farmhouse sits on 80 acres, the area is mostly wooded with a large flat area surrounding the farmhouse that's perfect for yard games and back yard BBQ's.

Farmhouse
Stephanie was a great host that pulled things together and was able to accommodate a last minute booking from us. My kids loved the toys inside the Farmhouse and the zipline outside, and my toddler loved to wave at the chickens. We saw deer multiple times in the yard. We didn't get to explore due to the rain (thanks, hurricane Helene) but did somehow manage to get a campfire going one evening at her fire pit. The Farmhouse was great for all of us to stay in, and Stephanie communicated with us quickly about a couple minor issues that she then remedied. The power went out due to the hurricane and she made sure we were supported and sent her husband to give us access to their generator. Overall a great place for my family to stay when our original camping plans fell through!

The property was very well upkept and private. Took a few kids with me and we had the place to ourselves to explore. The kids loved the zipline.
