We absolutely loved this Bungalow in Topanga Canyon!!! It was quiet, the tubs and water features were so relaxing. Bill was a perfect host he communicated very well an then let us have our privacy while on site. We are already dreaming of how to make it back to our Little Blue Bungalow!!!

Upscale glamping
Everything tended to with perfection. Lovely outdoor area with an abundance of plants and trees, and a choice of either a bed inside the tab our outdoors is a luxury bed with canopy. Complete privacy overlooking the Topanga Canyon, if you are looking for a nature getaway, this is the place. Amenities like a lovely hot shower with tub, and kitchenette.

Wonderful stay!
The cutest Casita is so cool! All details are covered! we Loved sleeping in the outdoor king sized luxurious canopy covered bed. And the little tab was just as comfortable. The location is private and quiet, and the view is just wonderful. We always stay here when we travel to so cal. Bill is an absolute wonderful host.

The most stunning place my partner and I ever stayed in. Bill was so friendly, and gave us an amazing tour of the historic property, the stunning landscaping, and the gorgeous interiors. We are definitely coming back!

Picture perfect
Bill's place is an incredibly cool set-up with a secluded vibe that feels like a movie set. Perfect for a little getaway. Definitely would recommend with a couple of caveats:
There is a locked gate to enter the property, but there is an open narrow pathway in the back that leads to an access road that runs behind it. No gate. Not sure why it's set up this way as it seems it would be easy to install a gate, and it doesn't feel unsafe, but it doesn't feel completely secure either. Also, we stayed here in mid-July and it got pretty buggy at night, so be sure to bring mosquito repellant.
Other than that, we got a great night's sleep with the sounds of nature all around us, and the place is adorable. I would stay again during another time of year, but really only if the back pathway was gated and secure.

this is how to do malibu—immersed in nature, not too far from all the womderful cuisine malibu has to offer. bill’s place combines the best of both with enchanting, plant-tastic outdoor spaces and cozy, colorful accommodations. take a walk down the street and smile at friendly neighbors while admiring the gorgeous biodiversity. nearby are some great hikes that give you a glimpse of topanga canyon’s natural beauty. at night you can relax with a drink and a meal by the fire— bill’s got all the cooking supplies you need to pretend you live here for a whole. i found my new happy place here!

Exquisite, unique and romantic!
This property is one of the most magical places I have ever visited. While Topanga is an incredible backdrop for the Mountain Mermaid, it’s the love, care and artistry that the owner (Bill) and his staff have put into creating a vacation spot that is completely unique. You feel like you’re a guest in someone’s home since every inch of the property is exquisitely decorated with one of a kind art, sculptures and furniture. With that being said, you also feel like you have the huge property all to yourself and can roam the huge indoor and outdoor spaces. My most favorite element of the room was the outdoor copper basin tub that provided unlimited hot water on demand and was big enough to easily fit 2 adults. The neighborhood was really cool and residential, the neighbors were super sweet and friendly, especially Claire across the street who also has a beautiful property.
This is a must go, I just hope that not too many people find out about it because I want it to be available whenever I plan to return, which will be soon!

The butterfly garden and greenhouse right outside is so cool! Valley view is nice, kitchen has everything you need, outdoor bed a nice place for a nap.

Really is the cutest casita
A magical little spot. We spent one night and will be back! Highly recommend grabbing groceries and just cooking here as this Casita has all necessary kitchen tools and more! The site offered plenty of privacy and beautiful views.

Magical beyond words
This was one of my favorite places to stay ever! I loved the beautiful scenery and thoughtful details of the entire property. Everything was so colorful, eclectic, playful-- yet comfortable, and practical for outdoor living. The gardens, fountains, and plants were heaven amongst the magical Topanga backdrop. You could get lost in the vibe here for days. My 2 year old son felt right at home and we didn't want to leave.

Amazing place — kitchen is fully stocked so we cooked a lot. Two large beds and lots of greenery and plants around. Bill showed us around his amazing property and was very nice to let us use his pool.

Peaceful with full amenities! Wow !
This idyllic site was peaceful, private and was full of amenities! We were greeted by Bill, who offered us use of the pool and this was an unexpected bonus! Great views with cute, retro-vintage details visible in every facet of the Casita! Bill has dedicated himself to this little labor of love and it is a small slice of heaven! We will be back!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The property was absolutely beautiful. It provided us the necessary respite we needed from the city. It was clean, peaceful and convenient. Loved the outdoor living set up, our accommodations were incredibly comfortable. . I highly recommend Bill's place. Looking forward to returning soon.

BEST LOCATION EVER!
This site exceeded ALL my expectations! In addition to being highly ”Instagram-able”, the views were stunning, the upkeep pristine and it had amazing amenities from running water and fully functional electricity to appliances and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The host Bill was so beyond accommodating! He was lovely, easily reachable and made our stay extra special by giving us a personal tour. Our campsite felt very private serene and safe, and we had an amazing stay! I really can’t say enough positive things about my time there! I wanted to move in!! We will be back soon for sure!

Anniversary Dream Glamp!
We loved the cutest casita! Weather was perfect, and luckily we brought enough warm clothes to take advantage of the outdoor bed! In the future, we would probably bring some breakfast food to cook since the kitchen was well equipped! Only thing that would be beneficial is some signage for the casita so we knew where the gate was and where to park. We also picked up tacos to-go from a nearby cafe - highly recommended!

Just about everything was amazing! It looked even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very clean. I have never stayed anywhere like this before and it was amazing. The only complaint that I had was that the beds were very uncomfortable. But it was beautiful and I would stay there again, just being my own pillows and other things for comfort!

The Cutest Little Casita truly stole our hearts! This darling place was everything we expected and more, so charming and accommodating. We stayed here for our 10th anniversary with our baby in tow and loved relaxing in the trailer and outdoor bed, swimming in the pool which Bill invited us to use, and eating by the outdoor fountain. We saw peacocks and hummingbirds and slept under the stars. We enjoyed hiking in Topanga State Park and eating at Waterlilies Cafe. Thanks for a sweet little stay Bill, we will be back. And cannot recommend the very charming Cutest Little Casita enough!

This place is AMAZING. Just like in the pictures and absolutely lives up to it’s name. The pastel colors and details/decor are incredible - all the amenities you would need as well. BOTH beds are super comfy and the view of the mountains from the outdoor bed is just heaven. Bill is great and a super friendly, helpful, and communicative host. His entire property is breathtaking. It isn’t as secluded and private as we thought it would be - there’s a neighboring house/neighbors pretty close to the casita and the toilet is shared with whomever is on the property... but still an incredible place to visit and we would absolutely stay again.

This place really lives up to its name because it really is the cutest casita on earth. The decor is amazing and so are the views. We had a relaxing time painting outside, overlooking the mountains and greenery. Our host Bill was cool enough to let us use the huge pool next door to us, which is in the center of a beautiful garden. We will definitely be coming back.

The Cutest Casita on Earth was a hidden gem in the quintessential artist community known as Topanga. Not only was the drive on PCH spectacular, but the mountains and secluded trails allowed us to relax and get away from the bustle of everyday life. Upon entry, we were welcomed with a delightful composition of colorful fixtures appliances and cabinetry, altogether tied with native and adopted plants and trees. Our host, Bill, is truly an artist and it reflects itself in everything he touches.
It was such a wonderfully cute and cozy getaway; the Casita was complete with an incredible outdoor bath and vanity, a beautiful fountain, a rustic outhouse, and a red trailer that houses a queen bed as well asn outdoor queen bed which faces the vast Topanga landscape. Some of us even slept out there and felt very much "with "nature that night. As we enjoyed the nice outdoors we took advantage of the extensive cooking space (including oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator) and appliances (electric kettle, coffee machine, coffee grinder). We had a wonderful time exploring the property, as well as enjoying a nice steamy bath in his outdoor shower! The space was so relaxing that we held an impromptu yoga session in front of his vintage water fountain.
The views of the limitless Topanga landscape is invaluable; combined with the trickling sound of Bill's fountain and the Casita's abundant fresh air, the site is simply extraordinary. This mini paradise gave us the perfect recipe for our girl's trip and we hope to be back soon :)
Given that we were situated in a highly artistic area, we definitely could not leave without visiting the small boutiques and galleries on the main road. The local artists were very friendly and exhibits were plentiful. Here, we were able to enjoy some scenic landscapes portrayed through art and photography as well. So be sure to check them out on your way out of the site!
