The property is made up of Piñon and Juniper Trees along with sage brush. There is incredible views from camping area . The Natives say this was an ancient hunting grounds and I can see why There is tons of wildlife around. It’s very quiet and peaceful out except when the coyotes are howling at night lol. The forest entrance is just down the rd and on the nw side of me is all public land although the only thing you will see on it is a few cows and wildlife. The sunsets are amazing. Christian was extremely accomodating, provided in-person guidance to the site, and even helped us build a campfire since the night was cold. The space was clean and quiet in a beautiful location with lots of trees. Amazing experience!

Quiet and peaceful!
What a beautiful location. Well away from the hustle and bustle - so quiet and peaceful. Christian went above and beyond in his communications and providing assistance when asked for. Heard the elk and witnessed wonderful sunsets and sunrises. Definitely recommend staying here.

He gave great directions for getting there and made it easy! Everything was as posted. Plenty of wood! The road is rough getting there for sure. But doable. Would recommend.

Awesome campsite near the park
Great campground right outside of Grand Canyon park! Would love to come back and spend more time here. Christian was very communicative and helpful and just an all around cool dude. One tip: follow his directions and don’t use Google Maps! It will take you up backroads that don’t exist yet!

Grand Canyon unplugged Red Butte
We arrived late at night and it was so hard for us to find the spot and it took us an hour.
The washroom situation was not great and the owner was a bit rude.
