Our Standard sites are pull through, accommodating RVs up to 28' in length. Full hookups with 30 amp service, Wi-Fi, shower and laundry facility nearby. Perfect for smaller motor homes, tent trailers, pods, vans, truck campers, etc. We are also pet friendly, have bathroom facilities and hot showers!
Our cabins are away from the RV sites in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful gardens and walkways. Fire rings are at each cabin as well as 2 shared pavilions equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables.

Our original Tiny House model. This home sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons. This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control.
The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds. This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax. The ceiling height is just under 5 feet so you big kids don't plan on running around up there.
The kitchen and living room is an open floor plan with a large sliding door that opens to the deck and beautiful views. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand crafted coffee table with storage of extra bedding, and large smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stove-top, a large refrigerator, a keurig coffee machine, granite counter-tops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a table/prep island with seating for four.
Bathroom: Large glass shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Deck and exterior features include a propane bbq grill, four large Adirondack lounge chairs, private fire pit, astounding views, and breathtaking star gazing.

Grant’s cave really blew our minds, it’s such a cool and crazy place to stay and hang out, and even more impressive that Grant did it all himself. The surrounding landscape, swimming hole, horses, and serenity made it an awesome weekend trip. We also enjoyed that it’s right down the road from the infamous Hell’s Backbone Grill. Our group loved staying in Ilene’s place! We had an amazing time exploring Monument Valley & enjoyed the beautiful view from the cabin. Ilene was an incredible host & provided everything we needed to assure we were comfortable. There is an outhouse but she also has a full restroom stocked up for guests, as well as breakfast in the morning! I would highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to be back!

Great place in Staircase Escalante area. I arrived late and had to leave early, would have loved to spend time hanging out. Very nice common area, didn’t have a chance to use the showers but they look really nice. Fabulous night sky. Easy to find. Would definitely stay there again.

Summer months can be extremely hot, making outdoor activities challenging, while winter brings cooler temperatures and fewer services. Plan your trip outside of peak holiday weekends to avoid crowds and fully enjoy the serene environment.

Great dispersed camping with lots of space and vault toilets scattered throughout the area as well as the main bathroom at parking lot. They do have outdoor showers there too, but water is turned off during the off-season so only count on that if there during season. They also don't charge during off-season, but do during season. Great area and multiple beach spots as well as in the dune areas. Make sure your vehicle can drive through the sand as you'll need to for any of the spots. Can also get windy there during certain times of year. And no or very little cell service here (Verizon or AT&T) and issues overall in the area with service due to bouncing between the UT and AZ cell towers.

This campsite is phenomenal! Everything you could ask for out of beach camping. We camped here for three nights in November, and it was only us and a handful of RVs on the beach. Be mindful of the sand depending on what car you're driving, because it gets rather clay-like as you get closer to the water's edge. This campsite is a wonderful base from which to explore all the nooks and crannies of Lake Powell, or it's just a quick drive to Horseshoe Bend, Upper Antelope and Lower Antelope Canyon (we did both.) The closest town is Page, so if you forgot something for your set up, civilization isn't out of reach. There are both flush and non-flush toilets here, just position yourself within 200 yards of either to abide by park service rules.

Awesome spot! Be careful of the deep sand patches that come up quick or you'll be stuck before you know it, but otherwise 10/10 views and location.

Lone Rock Beach is the perfect spot for a quick getaway trip. I'm sure this place can get pretty packed during the Spring / Summer months, so head over in Winter if you are able. The water is like total glass -- take the kayak out!

Awesome spot!
We got into the park a little after sunset so it was pretty dark on the ride in. It was not free- $14 fee if spending the night.
We were sketched about driving down to the beach in the dark but we followed the advice to stay on the northern side of the beach as we don’t have 4WD and it was perfect. Make a left at the bathroom building and follow that main path down, the sand is hard enough to support your vehicle- there were giant RVs parked along this part of the beach. Definitely some generator noise, which was a bit of a bummer. Though the bathrooms were closed for the winter, there were several vaulted toilets scattered about.
This place is totally worth the $14. Beautiful views, perfect location.

Loved this campground. Great view of the river, canyons and river valley. Very close to great hiking including Marble Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. It is pretty remote and a bit of a drive but was worth it. If you have the time I highly recommend this campground.

This site is typically crowded but even if you're not able to get a spot on the waterfront, there are still plenty of areas where you'll find solitude and wake up to a gorgeous sunrise over Lake Powell. The stars are incredible at night!

I didn't camp there because this place is invaded by noisy RVs with fuel generators. If you're looking for loneliness and quiet just run away.
Maybe things are different when it's not season peak (I was there in late June).

Awesome open campground right on the lake! It can be quiet or loud, depending on how many people are there. The lake is so much fun so be sure to bring your swimsuit and any water toys you might have and be sure to take a swim! Seriously - only go to the sand if you have a 4x4 and know how to use it - I have seen too many rescues here! Otherwise, park in the pavement parking lot and just walk down, its not worth the headache of trying to get towed out (and cell service is spotty down there).

I love this campsite! As stated it is first come first serve with no designated spots. You can find a spot that you like and set up shop. The closer you go to the beach the sand does get really deep. ONLY GO THAT FAR IF YOU HAVE 4x4 and experience in deep sand or you will get stuck. TIP: When you come down the hill towards the beach after the outhouses go more towards the North West of the campground. It is more private and less sandy. If you are coming from Page make sure to get supplies before you leave as it is the last major town for awhile. Have a blast and make sure to take a swim.
