You will also enjoy watching wildlife and the San Francisco Peaks.

We’ve custom-designed these fabulous tiny homes to be the ultimate dream vacation home for both kids and adults. Kids (also some adults!) will love the large loft and the expansive outdoor area. Everyone can relax and enjoy this cozy, tiny home built in 2021, which sleeps from 2 to 8 (depending on the model) for true hospitality. Some tiny homes will featurea large loft, deck, bunk beds, sofa, and full kitchen.
All tiny homes feature a bathroom with a luxurious shower. Our tiny home is full of grand amenities - featuring 4K smart TVs with Hulu/Netflix/Youtube Apps (Use your own account! We do NOT provide a subscription to any apps). The TVs do have some free TV channels. Pretty much every room has 4K smart TVs. Most tiny homes have an indoor dining table, and other sitting places can comfortably seat multiple guests.
The tiny home with kitchens have granite/quartz countertops is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Guests can lounge outdoors on the deck to enjoy the view of Arizona’s calm desert.
We provide high-speed internet for you so you can work and stream entertainment. Please note that this is a rural area, and we try our best to give you fast internet possible. We do not have washers and dryers!

Hi my name is Christina, your on-site host, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you at our one-of-a-kind glamping site! We're located 40 min from Kanab, 50 min from Zion National Park and 2 hours from Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon National Park and Page, AZ.
We're on 7 acres of land (all accomodations are on ~2 acres of the land) in a very rural town but please note, we do have neighbors on both sides- one of which have cows, roosters and horses. We have 3 glamping tents and 1 tiny cabin on-site (all of which are available for booking) along with a few shared spaces amongst guests: 2 covered grilling areas, a centralized fire pit and an indoor bathhouse. We are currently in the process of adding 2 more accommodations, a silo and a cave, that will be available by Summer 2024.
Each glamping tent and cabin is about 30 yards apart from one another. We provide all linens and towels for guests, AC/Heater units and hot/cold water year-round.
We're located at the border of Utah and Arizona in Cane Beds, AZ. It's a very isolated area with 2-3 dining options and a large full-sized grocery store (Bee's Marketplace) less than 10 minutes away! Cane Beds, Arizona has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa and Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking and ATV trails.
We're also conveniently located 40 min from Kanab, which is a town full of trails and hikes with a ton of great stops on the way (Paria Townsite, The Toadstools, Wirepass to Buckskin Gulch, The Wave, Grand Staircase Escalante).

Rest up in peace and quiet in this leafy, shady garden spot. Our place is an oasis in the desert and is admired by all visitors as the most lush, cool spot in Cane Beds. The surrounding vermillion cliffs match the adobe walls of this charming cottage. This unique cottage is a rare example of an earth dwelling. Built about 30 years ago with adobe red clay, sand and straw, it is modernized and recently renovated. You will see two examples of the application of the adobe method in this building.
If you have pets you must add them under EXTRAS. We have it listed under EXPERIENCES and we charge $25 cleaning fee per visit. The way Hipcamp has us do this is not very well done, it's a bit clunky. But Just select one pet if you are staying shorter than a month, two pets if a month or longer. It is not a fee per pet, or per guest, it is per visit. So if you have two pets and are staying a week then select for only one pet. Just let us know how many pets (and what kind) to expect. Message us with any questions. Dogs will have to be on leash when outside since we have a number of cats and even though your dog may not chase them, the cats would certainly be a bit freaked out. Also it's possible that your pet could get out onto the road which has claimed several of my kitties. Please know if your dog will be OK watching the kitties through the windows or when outside.
We are within reach of several National Parks and other scenic sights for a day trip, including North Rim Grand Canyon, ZION, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Grand Staircase Escalante National Reserve and on and on. All around is breathtaking beauty and many easy hikes and mind-blowing vistas just in the neighborhood!
Just to note, there is only 1 bedroom with a queen bed. With notice we can bring in a camp bed, or you can set up your tent on the lawn for extra guests or children.

We are rural enough to feel free and enjoy country living yet close enough the city to enjoy the comforts of town. Rest up in peace and quiet in this leafy, shady garden spot. Our place is an oasis in the desert and is admired by all visitors as the most lush, cool spot in Cane Beds. The surrounding vermillion cliffs match the adobe walls of this charming cottage. This unique cottage is a rare example of an earth dwelling. Built about 30 years ago with adobe red clay, sand and straw, it is modernized and recently renovated. You will see two examples of the application of the adobe method in this building.
If you have pets you must add them under EXTRAS. We have it listed under EXPERIENCES and we charge $25 cleaning fee per visit. The way Hipcamp has us do this is not very well done, it's a bit clunky. But Just select one pet if you are staying shorter than a month, two pets if a month or longer. It is not a fee per pet, or per guest, it is per visit. So if you have two pets and are staying a week then select for only one pet. Just let us know how many pets (and what kind) to expect. Message us with any questions. Dogs will have to be on leash when outside since we have a number of cats and even though your dog may not chase them, the cats would certainly be a bit freaked out. Also it's possible that your pet could get out onto the road which has claimed several of my kitties. Please know if your dog will be OK watching the kitties through the windows or when outside.
We are within reach of several National Parks and other scenic sights for a day trip, including North Rim Grand Canyon, ZION, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Grand Staircase Escalante National Reserve and on and on. All around is breathtaking beauty and many easy hikes and mind-blowing vistas just in the neighborhood!
Just to note, there is only 1 bedroom with a queen bed. With notice we can bring in a camp bed, or you can set up your tent on the lawn for extra guests or children.

Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage
Gypsy’s cottage is more than just a place to rest your head, it’s an experience. It is so beautifully crafted and has all the amenities you would ever need and so much more! I never expected heat and warm water, and not to mention the sauna! what a delight in the winter temps! I loved looking at all the details taking it all in. The afternoon light gave it such a beautiful glow. I highly recommend a stay here! Easily one of the best Hipcamps I have experienced.

4 nights at Camp Land Beyond Zion
I had a fantastic time in the Tiny Home at Land Beyond Zion. The place is very cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I was able to simply relax, drive up into Zion a few times, and work a little (great internet) over the course of four days. Shanti was very responsive, quick to answer questions and offer tips. We had a great stay, the views and sunsets were so beautiful. The sites were easy to pull into, everything was kept nice and maintained. There’s also a peice of this land that feels special being on a reservation. I would highly recommend checking out the pipe springs national monument in walking distance, there’s lots of history here. There was also a nice biking trail.

Land Beyond Zion is all about community… It shows that a lot of love & labor went into creating that wonderful land. The campground itself is very unique! Views are unbelievable in all directions with mesas all around you, and the sunrises + sunsets melt! There’s 2 fully stocked kitchens for easy cooking, clean heated bathrooms, community fire pits, hammocks, and lots of gentle lighting throughout the property to lead the way + make you feel safe. Relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was probably my favorite part! You’ll never want to leave! Especially, with how close you are to all the action - Zion, Kolob Canyons, Pink Coral Sands, Water Canyon, etx. It’s even not too far from Horseshoe Bend + Lake Powell, too!

I really loved my time at the Gypsy King cottage! What a beautiful and well thought out space to stay in. Russell was a very good host and communicated promptly when I reached out to him. The cabin and the property is so peaceful absolutely gorgeous! I hope to come back and stay for longer next time. I didn’t have the time to try the sauna. My dog loved the fenced in yard and made good friends with the neighbors adorable blue and red heelers!

A camp I’ll be returning to! A fully equipped outdoor kitchen (the hot water kettle was a great surprise for a cold morning). The bathroom and shower was clean and an easy walk from any site. I appreciated the wooden platform as it was a rainy night and it kept me dry and off the ground. A great experience overall for sure!

Weekend Trip to Gypsy’s Cottage
Russell’s cottage matches the photos, clean while also cozy. The cob structure is really beautiful, and fire wood provided was so nice. A wood fired sauna is a treat and an outdoor bath, looking towards the Big Dipper was very special! This is a precious place to stay, and there’s lots of incredible hiking, climbing, and mountain biking with an hour drive. Also the neighbor dogs came to visit which we loved. Thank you Russell and hope to visit again sometime.
