We are located in CaneBeds, not Fredonia. This Tiny Tiny Bunkhouse is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses, and more you’ll have plenty of friends. Beautiful Sunsets, Stars, and Sunrises. The tiny tiny cabin has a queen bed and twin mattresses in the loft area. We have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane. Perfect for gathering with friends and family. The space We are a cattle family who homesteaded on the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is from a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattlesnakes are native, scorpions (nonpoisonous) coyotes, and other critters from time to time . If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral-pink san dunes. Guest access Parking is great, Lots of space. There is a town 10 minutes away that has delicious family-run places to eat, a grocery store, places to hike, and parks. Driving is a must in this area, we live in a very rural area. Other things to note The cabin is approximately 10ft x 16ft, so it is a compact space. The lofts are small as well. Only children or adults under 200lb should sleep in the twin bed located in the loft.

This Cowboy Cabin is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses, and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends. The Cowboy cabin offers a queen bed and a twin mattress in the loft area. The loft ladder has a maximum weight of 200 pounds. And the loft requires you to get around on your hands and knees.
