Great little spot, they even have ice available to purchase making the stay very easy. Nice showers and restrooms as well as ample camping area. Would definitely recommend!

With a few places for simple improvement, overall this was a fun place to stay. I’ll start with the items that could use some improvement and then finish with the good stuff. The bunks are located right is the air flow of the ac, meaning the people in bunks were very cold while it was running. No top sheets were provided on the bunks, only a fitted sheet on the bed and a light waffle wave blanket on each. One bunk didn’t even had a pillowcase on the pillow which was icky to think about. We arrived after hours or I would have asked for more bedding. Some more sheets and extra blankets could solve the issues simply. The park was clean, quiet and one of the nicest I’ve staying in. It was a fabulous location and close to dining, horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. Would recommend.

We were traveling as two young girls and felt totally safe and at home at Paria ranch! Very nice ppl—gave us a better spot to help us minimize Utah heat. Good facilities.

Stephanie was very accommodating. My friend & I were originally due to arrive the night before but didn't make it because of a late start leaving Phoenix AZ. Stephanie and her friend help us "amateur RV'ers" hook up our sewer drain for the 1st time the next morning, how is that for hospitality?! Beautiful views & the night stars were amazing!

The air conditioning was soooooooo nice in the 90 degree heat. The king bed was very comfortable. It was very clean!

Nice place to stay on our road trip across country. I didnt realize there was a hot tub. That was a nice surprise after climbing through Antelope Canyon. The campground was close to Antelope Canyon and to Horseshoe Bend. It was also close enough to The Grand Canyon for a day trip. The sites were level and not right on top of each other. They had a laundry, but it was being renovated so it was out of order.

We had a wonderful time at Paria River Ranch and will definitely be back. Stephanie was a perfect host - so helpful and responsive and so nice. Ashley gave us a great tour of the rescue animals. The location is perfect for us, so close to many of our favorite things to do in the area.

Very responsive and helpful hosts! They really went out of their way to make it a positive experience. Super clean bathrooms. Very meaningful to be at an animal rescue amongst these beautiful creatures.

Real horse ranch, loved visiting the horses and being woken to charming animal noises in the morning. We backed into the orchard so we woke up to a lovely view of the mountains. Jeff was super friendly.

We enjoyed camping in our popup rv on Steph and Jeff’s land. We had a campsite in the back away from the cabins and horse corrals. Although we could see the highway, the traffic died down after dark and we had some fairly quiet nights.

Absolutely loved our overnight stay at this ranch! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to stay within convenient driving distance of key attractions.

This was a great find! It was very kid friendly, with a trampoline and putting green. It was a perfect location for our day trips into Zion and Bryce. Ken was friendly and welcoming and very kind to our kiddos. I would stay here again.
