We are Kevin and Tammii. We moved to Mesa in 2019 to build our own “Field of Dreams”. In developing our property we added a Hip-Camp site to our vision. We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country.
We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.

Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.

This RV pad is decomposed gravel and has it's own brick patio. Your RV space is separated via brick wall, vinyl, and pool fencing. The entire property is a quarter acre in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, highway 60, and close to shopping and restaurants.
The RV pad is accessed via a 25 foot wide drive up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the locked walk through gate. The area is great for your pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street too.

Also to ensure that we keep our little slice of heaven beautiful, please pack out what you pack in. Our property is surrounded with views of Mount Lemmon, the Tortolita Mountain Park, Black Mountain, Newman Peak, and Picacho Peak. Come enjoy the prolific wildflowers of the desert bloom this spring! Campers can enjoy a warm beautiful sunset and star gazing in the evening, with views of the hazy band of the Milky Way and shooting stars next to the fire pit provided at each site. This is a safe place to get off the road for a bit, or to take a break from the busy/noisy city life, to relax and unwind in nature! Dogs are welcome, but please pick up after your pet!
There is also a Round Pen provided for travelers with up to 2 horses with a fill station for water. Feed will be intermittently available to purchase for those in need.

Roxanne was awesome to deal with. Very responsive. We booked last minute and couldn't be happier. The campsite is great. The small patio with table and chairs, and string lights really set the vibe. This location was super convenient to my wife's conference in Phoenix. We stayed one night. Now, a remote campsite this is not. It is a quaint corner in a large suburban lot, but that's why it works so well. It is situated perfectly for privacy, peace and quiet, and is also a lovely setting. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at the treehouse! It’s clean, cozy and you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure you felt at home. Their property is a bonus! Gorgeous big yard where you can just sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Another bonus- you’ll definitely see a bunny or two hopping around their yard! Outside bathroom is well kept! Very nice owners! Looking forward to coming back and staying longer than a night!

We loved Julie’s spot. It’s a beautiful desert level campsite on the foothills of a nature preserve. Shopping is also convenient. We could sit in the evenings and watch planes approach Gateway airport over the mountain and listen to the horses moving and nickering nearby. Julie is a great host and we will be back.

Tent camping right next to emus, where I’ll recommend! Enjoyed a two day stay here. People were quiet and kind, spaces are all nicely dispersed, and the location was great for us to avoid the hustle and bustle but enjoy a weekend exploring all around Phoenix.
If you can, recommend bringing your own campfire ring. Not all spots have fire pits.
Water spigots all over the campground, and that was great as well!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. After car camping for two nights this felt luxurious. We desperately needed a hot shower after hiking for 2 days in Tucson and swimming. The place we stayed before only had cold water, while this shower got really hot very quickly, and it was so nice. It also might seem like a simple thing, but the industrial size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was really nice for them to provide. Camping for 7 days out of a small backpack you only have room for free sample size toiletries, so I was able to wash my hair everyday here and after a long day of hiking it was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. It was really cloudy the nights we stayed so the star lights were a nice touch. My husband was initially worried when I said it was in someone's backyard. But it was incredibly private. We rarely saw our host, and were able to enjoy the backyard, pool, and even enjoy a peaceful meal at the table next to the pool. He mentioned as we were leaving how different but nice this was compared to our other stays.
