Good location for mountain biking and hiking. You don’t get to choose your spot so we had a big rig next to us that blocked some of our views of the mountains. Nice to have full hook ups and it was away from busy street noise.

We were not able to stay at the property because one week before our stay they told us that they had accepted a long term multi-month lease agreement during our reservation dates (we had reserved about 6 months ahead of time), so we were offered an alternative location which we accepted. Then a few days before the reservation, there were problems with the alternate site so we were offered a third location, which we accepted.

Nice spot for an RV/camper-van. 2 level sites. Beautiful sunset views. Cody is super friendly and helpful. Short drive to McDowell mountain. I’d recommend this place and I would stay here again in the future.

Super great spot in Rio Verde. He had a 50amp and I didn’t have an adaptor, but boom, Cody had one for me.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It was one of the best appointed Hip Camp 's we have stayed at - Full hook-ups just like a nice campground. Very close to the National Forest with miles of Jeep trails for us.
