An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space. I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You MUST arrive by dark unless arrangements are made in advance. I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

The farm animals do cluck, crow, whinny, neigh, baa, bleat, squeal, and oink at various times, including early morning. There is one mile of a somewhat bumpy gravel road with hills to reach our neighborhood, so please make sure you are ready for that and have adequate towing power. The nearest services and dining are 5 minutes away. We are about 25-30 minutes to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek, and the popular red rock hiking sites. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You MUST arrive by dark unless arrangements are made in advance. I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

This was my first time using HipCamp and boy, does Karla set the bar high. The property speaks for itself, attention to detail everywhere, very clean property and very well organized and thought out. Treated us with a community fire pit, got to make some new camp friends along the way. Restroom was super convenient and clean, the tent site allowed us to have a covered gazebo over us for added warmth and comfort. Overall a 5-star experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Oh, and Reba the donkey is super friendly and loves ear scritches in the morning 😁

I work out of town occasionaly and dont like to waste money on motel rooms. Itd great there are places like this where someone can just pitch a tent, and enjoy the quietness of the outdoors. The campsites themselves were great. A small open area surrounded by trees. There were chairs provided around campfire pits. A portapotty was provided, which is a great benefit you dont get while rustic camping. The price was unbeatable! I will definately be back to spend some more time with the awesome hosts, and the adorable animals!

Nice enough place. Nothing fancy here. Just a big backyard with some shade and grass. The flowers and shade do make it comfortable. A few vehicles stored here and there. It meets the need for a decent place to stay for a couple of nights and the people are very friendly and accommodating. I can't give it a rave review but I don't really have anything bad to say either. It gets the job done and I would stay again if needed.

Great spot to stay while exploring the Prescott area! Nice level spot with everything we needed- electric, water, sewer, fire pit and wood! Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get there, where to park and to make sure we were comfortable. Bonus- we got to see javelinas every day! Host and neighbor house are near where you park, but we still felt private and everyone was very friendly.

Laura was super sweet! There were very clear instructions on how to get in! The bathroom was super clean it had a flushing toilet and running water. She also had farm animals that were so friendly. Her dogs are the absolute cutest and super friendly! The campsite was so nice and very spacious. It had a table and fire pit with logs to sit on! The walk to the creek was super pretty and well maintained! We really enjoyed staying here!

This spot was ideal for a one-night stop on my way to Sedona. All of the animals are very calm and friendly with people, especially the horses. The view of the mountains and stars is really beautiful. Holly and her family are very kind and welcoming, and also allow visitors their own space. I stayed at Sunset camp which is a patch near the gate, good for self-contained car/tent camping. Heard the roosters in the morning! Rustic and cool spot.

Cool place to camp. Bit of a washboard road to get there, but certainly worth it. We arrived late and had to leave early, so we were sad to miss the excellent looking food and beer menus at the adjacent brewery. The 'portable toilets' are nice, clean trailer bathrooms, not plastic port-a-potties.

Loved this secluded canyon! Met Andrew by the highway, which was already way out there, then followed him on his quad in my 21' class-B van for 3 or 4 miles to campsite #2. Dislodged my low hanging generator on the rough road, but I knew it was a risk. Well worth it. This property had absolutely no noise or light pollution. It was an old mining town with several old mines still open to explore. I had an unforgettable few days secluded on this property. Zero cellular coverage with Verizon and Wi-Fi wasn't on while I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed my unplugged time. I will definitely be returning.

The communication with Holly beforehand was extremely pleasant, and she was very flexible when our arrival plans changed at short notice. The campsite next to the animals was ideal, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ranch tour and the time spent petting and interacting with the animals. They are all so calm, curious, and friendly. From our point of view, the surprise was a complete success, and our kids said it was the best campsite ever!

Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security. We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase. 0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September. 10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa. Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them and one of them should leave. Cook outside on our outdoor cooking area and enjoy the fresh breeze. There is a convenient store located over the bridge, south of the Sun Valley exit off the 40 freeway. Very light local traffic. Sometimes you can expect wild horses, jack rabbits and cows at a safe distance. Also highway noise depending on direction of wind. Here you can enjoy amazing star gazing and shooting stars on a dark night with no or quarter moon. We have added lots more amenities than before. This is an adorable 10x10 non-insulated shed/cabin with one bunk bed, a sofa bed, refrigerator, Kurig coffee counter top machine with kitchenette cabinets with storage for dishes, pots and pans and utensils. You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and a two burner Coleman stove with propane tank (on request) , hot or cold running water indoor sink and outdoor shower. We provide a double cartridge toilet just outside in out house. Enjoy the outdoor patio area with hammocks, patio tables and chairs, two bonfire pits to pick from (when wind conditions are ideal) More pictures to come soon. Since moving to Willcox they have cleared 50 acres and planted over 6000 grape vines with more to plant coming soon. They fell in love with the spectacular views, the wildlife and the people. With spectacular sunrises and sunsets  and clear night skies its a beautiful place to live and visit. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. Our Prickly Pear site has a pull through for campers and RVs. Our RV site has 30 amp electric and black water dump station. All of our sites are fenced in, and have many, many cool amenities such as fire pits, sinks with fresh, pure water, table with 4 chairs, gas grills and lounge chairs/porch swing. Our property in a 160-acre neighborhood surrounded by open desert state lands. In our sustainable community/neighborhood are like minded, peaceful people who are as connected to and respectful of the land as we are. ​Northern Arizona

While northern Arizona's best-known attraction is the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, there’s plenty more to see and do, from visiting Lake Powell on the Colorado River to backcountry tent camping among the ponderosa pines in the Coconino National Forest, Prescott National Forest, and Kaibab National Forest. Sedona, just south of Flagstaff, also makes a great base for hiking among Arizona's Red Rocks or swimming in Oak Creek Canyon’s Slide Rock State Park.

Western Arizona

Dubbed Arizona's "West Coast," this part of the state offers all sorts of outdoor activities, much of which revolve around the Colorado River. The town of Yuma near the southern border is a popular spot, featuring an old Wild West prison and serving as a good base for visiting the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. Attractions further north include Lake Havasu State Park, where you can swim, camp, or even check out the 19th-century London Bridge. Further north, the massive Lake Mead National Recreation Area offers year-round camping and easy access to two lakes.

Central Arizona

While it's easy to associate central Arizona with Phoenix sprawl, this region offers a lot for outdoorsy types, all within a short drive of the city. Popular spots for outdoors lovers include the Superstition Mountains in the Tonto National Forest, Lost Dutchman State Park, and the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. If you're interested in archaeology, the Montezuma Castle National Monument is also worth a visit.

Southern Arizona

Southern Arizona is full of Wild West spirit, with a mix of historic ghost towns and scenic desert landscapes, plus plenty of forests, particularly in the Chiricahua Mountains. Must-visit parks include Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park—both just outside Tucson.
