We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. At 6000ft elevation the air is much cleaner and the weather is much cooler, especially in the summer time! We have plenty of space. A well house to fill up your water. There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. Located in the heart of Sedona, our property offers convenient access to several trails, shopping, and dining. We cater primarily to guests seeking outdoor recreation and those looking to avoid traffic or congested campsites.
Our property and neighborhood are part of one of Sedona’s original homesteads. The campsite is located on a half-acre orchard, but a smaller designated area has been sectioned off for guests. Please refer to the diagram in the photos for details. Guests are not permitted in the larger field and orchard areas.
We have several shade trees, a small grassy area, and a picnic table. Stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the orchards and local wildlife, especially the birds.
We are a short 10–15 minute walk to the Hillside Shopping Center and Tlaquepaque. Mountain biking to the Hangover and Huckaby Trailhead is about 10 minutes. The bottom of Adobe Jack and Javelina is about a 5-minute mountain bike ride. Broken Arrow Trailhead is about a 10-minute mountain bike ride. Marg’s Draw (wilderness area) is about a 2-minute drive.
Our site can only accommodate smaller vehicles, primarily camper vans or cab-over campers. All units must be fully self-contained. There are no restrooms on site, and we ask guests not to urinate on the property. Absolutely no drugs or parties. Quiet hours begin after sunset. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood and ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours.

Then my place is for you! 18 and over. NO PIT BULLS. Good well behaved dogs allowed on leash welcome. If you want to bring a properly raised young person you can make your case to me and I will consider.
I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

Our sunsets and night star-gazing are just spectacular and we're enough off the beaten path that there's no crowds or traffic to deal with, but you are close to dining and area attractions.
This is a quiet, rural neighborhood and a peaceful farm that borders the National Forest for easy hiking and few neighbors. The farm animals do cluck, crow, whinny, neigh, baa, bleat, squeal, and oink at various times, including early morning.
There is one mile of a somewhat bumpy gravel road with hills to reach our neighborhood, so please make sure you are ready for that and have adequate towing power. The nearest services and dining are 5 minutes away. We are about 25-30 minutes to Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek,
and the popular red rock hiking sites. There are many wineries and dining right down the road to enjoy.
1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 hours to Phoenix.

Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security.
We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase.
0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September.
10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa.
Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them
and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when
Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point
Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low
is a city in Navajo County, Arizona
among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area.

Loved that they had multiple amenities for use, especially washer and dryer. They also have a nice little dog park area where my dogs could get some exercise and play off leash.

We thoroughly appreciated the location provided, particularly its secure, fenced perimeter, which allowed our dogs to roam freely and safely off-leash. The presence of the shower house and the freestanding toilet facility significantly enhanced our experience, elevating our camping trip to a glamping experience. Furthermore, the freshly gathered eggs provided by the host were a delightful addition.

Absolutely mindblowing property and views. Andrew has one of the most special private campsites in Arizona, and the pictures and other reviews don’t do it justice. I know I’ll be up there monthly at the least.

The clubhouse was a big surprise. We were tent camping so when the wind picked up we had a spot to hang out. There are sofas, pool table, air hockey, treadmills, and plenty of other things to keep you occupied. We will definitely return.

The camp host are so down to earth and easy to talk to! Excellent service! Cleaned farmed with super friendly dogs (Zeus) The homestead is perfect for families to hangout! The host sells homemade jams and lamb!

What a gem! Laura was so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful, with a flushing toilet and sweet shower! Just a short walk to a dreamy stream that my dogs and I enjoyed very much. I will be back again for sure!!!

Camping at the Oasis was a breath of fresh air. Between the proximity to the Grand Canyon and the amenities offered on site, this was such a great addition to our road trip. The club house full of games, disc golf, and the chickens were our faves.

Laura answered my phone call after I found her place on The Dyrt app. She met us after we found the property, which was straight forward except that the address provided was for the house on the other side of the street. She showed us the campsite, which wasn’t spacious, shaded by a large sycamore, and safe-feeling, being surrounded by a chainlink fence. She also sold us some large brown fresh eggs and told us where we could go for a swim in the creek! All-around great experience, but my favorite thing was probably the rustic stone shower building containing a shower with ample pressure…try not to waste water though! We didn’t see the alpacas or that would have probably been my favorite.

It was a lovely little ranch with all kinds of animals. The hostess was super accommodating and showed my 2 girls around and introduced them to the animals and let them help feed and water them too. Holly was great and I hope to go back again soon! My little ones didn't want to leave. The RV spot for us was easy to get in and out of. Power, water, and septic hookups were exactly where they needed to be, couldn't have asked for a better place or host. If you have kiddos they'll love it, I know mine has a blast.

We had a really nice experience here. Clean, quiet and a friendly host. We hiked to the top of the adjacent butte. It’s a gorgeous high desert setting for camping with nice cool night temperatures. We didn’t need to use the Utilities, but it was great to know they were there. Thank you!

Can not say enough positive things about this beautiful site. Tucked away in the trees near the creek this site was truly perfect for us. Brett was amazing! Being the only ones there, this was super peaceful but really close to everything. You can walk to town if you want. The neighborhood is gorgeous, big trees, easy to walk with our dog. Also easy set up as we had an airstream basecamp. Looking forward to coming back again.

We really enjoyed camping here! Laura was so sweet and welcoming. The land was so well kept the creek was so peaceful. We took our chairs down to the creek and just enjoyed the sound of the running water over our feet. Everything was peaceful and the animals were adorable.

Where to go
Northern Arizona
While northern Arizona's best-known attraction is the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, there’s plenty more to see and do, from visiting Lake Powell on the Colorado River to backcountry tent camping among the ponderosa pines in the Coconino National Forest, Prescott National Forest, and Kaibab National Forest. Sedona, just south of Flagstaff, also makes a great base for hiking among Arizona's Red Rocks or swimming in Oak Creek Canyon’s Slide Rock State Park.
Western Arizona
Dubbed Arizona's "West Coast," this part of the state offers all sorts of outdoor activities, much of which revolve around the Colorado River. The town of Yuma near the southern border is a popular spot, featuring an old Wild West prison and serving as a good base for visiting the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. Attractions further north include Lake Havasu State Park, where you can swim, camp, or even check out the 19th-century London Bridge. Further north, the massive Lake Mead National Recreation Area offers year-round camping and easy access to two lakes.
Central Arizona
While it's easy to associate central Arizona with Phoenix sprawl, this region offers a lot for outdoorsy types, all within a short drive of the city. Popular spots for outdoors lovers include the Superstition Mountains in the Tonto National Forest, Lost Dutchman State Park, and the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. If you're interested in archaeology, the Montezuma Castle National Monument is also worth a visit.
Southern Arizona
Southern Arizona is full of Wild West spirit, with a mix of historic ghost towns and scenic desert landscapes, plus plenty of forests, particularly in the Chiricahua Mountains. Must-visit parks include Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park—both just outside Tucson. If it gets too hot, make like a local and head to Patagonia Lake State Park, a prime spot to swim and cool off from the Arizona heat.
