Learn more about this land: Park your RV, trailer, or camper van on our 1.5 acre property. We are located near the cities of Cave Creek, Scottsdale, and Phoenix AZ. There is close access to numerous trails for mountain biking and hiking in the beautiful Sonoran Desert! This spot is partial hookup with water and both 30 amp and 50 amp power. There is a dumping station approximately 2 miles away for your septic needs. Enjoy the beauty of the nearby desert and mountains. It is common to hear the coyotes and owls and other wildlife at night. The javelina herd often passes through as well as an occasional bobcat. Feel free to say hello to Luna, our Belgian Malinois! This is a great place! This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Peaceful and beautiful, and the quail running around are adorable and entertaining. Highly recommend!

Palo Verde was a great spot! Private and cozy and a convenient location to Apache Wash, Cave Creek and Brown’s Ranch trail systems, and towns of Cave Creek and Carefree.

This campsite was amazing. Peaceful, beautiful, great scenery, location and outdoor space. We woke up to the sound of birds in the morning and watched quails running all over in the evenings. It was perfect!!

We loved the location and setup. The property is nice, with the camping area fairly isolated from the house. We had our own little area to hang out. We used the location to attend Spring Training games and the Scottsdale area attractions - perfect for that.

Set in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to Cave Creek, Phoenix etc., this is a lovely place for a night or more. The area is private, clean, and well kept - we enjoyed our stay.

Roxanne was awesome to deal with. Very responsive. We booked last minute and couldn't be happier. The campsite is great. The small patio with table and chairs, and string lights really set the vibe. This location was super convenient to my wife's conference in Phoenix. We stayed one night. Now, a remote campsite this is not. It is a quaint corner in a large suburban lot, but that's why it works so well. It is situated perfectly for privacy, peace and quiet, and is also a lovely setting. Would highly recommend.

The site we had was a bit more private that the others. They have a beautiful Malinois Luna who looked very special. No one else was there at the time we were boondocking which is always nice. Thank you!!

I loved camping here, it was clean, quiet and well lit. I was able to book super last minute- the host was helpful and extremely responsive! The spot had several different hook up options 50/30/20 and they offered water I think? I didn’t explore the water hookup though since I’m not self contained. The spot felt intimate and private. It’s super easy to find as the host gave great directions. There was an offer to meet upon arrival as well- it’s helpful but definitely you won’t have any problem finding the spot with host’s instructions. I would recommend this spot for anyone who needs a quiet night on in a safe property.

Palo Verde Retreat was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The site was thoughtfully set up with a table and seating area, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host even had lights strung up around the space, which I’m sure looked lovely at night… although I have to admit, I fell asleep before dark and didn’t get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and disconnect. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, restful stay.

Lovely private spot on the host’s property. Quiet desert setting yet close to stores, restaurants etc. Easy in and out set back from the road and the neighborhood was pleasant to walk my dogs in.

Lovely site with trees and birds! I had several days of activities at Tom Thumb. This was a great location, safe, private, not Dusty, and in close proximity to McDowell Mountain with lovely landscaping.

It’s a little piece of the desert that is close to everything. Roxanne’s directions were clear and the patio was a treat. It was a great place to stop on our way home from Mexico.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of privacy, water and electric. Very conveniently located (very close to the Musical Instruments Museum Museum - highly recommended). Plenty of places to walk our dog. Loved the little patio area and the twinkle lights. Would love to stay here again.
