Situated outside of city limits it's a nice and quiet getaway from the busy city. Guests have a nice, family and pet friendly full size RV space with full hookups available, to include a deck with a picknick bench and plenty of grass. There's also an oversized firepit with enough space for family and friends to enjoy a night of smores and songs around the campfire. Relax, and play on this small 1-acre ranch property! We are on a septic system so please make sure your waste tanks are empty prior to arrival and only flush septic safe toilet paper during your stay.

Not a lot of traffic noise 30'+ trees lining the property, kids play set, we do live on the property. If you want to be a little more secluded we have another 1/2 acre that butts up to our property we do not live on. Both properties are gated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sherry’s! They had the gate open and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The place was perfect for our needs! We were visiting friends for a couple of days and this place was only 7 minutes away. The lot is level it might take a minute to get backed in if you are inexperienced. I was able to back my 38ft diesel pusher in on the first try! The owners are right next door if you have any questions or they will leave you alone if you wish. Full hookups are a plus. 50/30 amp service. Walking distance from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Julie’s property is private, clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at this property and we look forward to the stay every time. We always have a relaxing time while we are on property and enjoy the views and all of the scenery near by. Traffic in the area is extremely light with groceries and shopping close Excited for our stay next year. Julie is a welcoming host and it has always been great to see her when we arrive.

Awesome oasis in the city! Loved staying here and having a view of the neighbor's horses. Jared was a great host and super helpful—you won't go wrong here! I drove a 16' vintage travel trailer in, and there's plenty of room to turn around if you don't have great backing-up skills. Tons of amenities within minutes from the place.

Weekend Trip to Palo Verde Retreat

Palo Verde Retreat was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The site was thoughtfully set up with a table and seating area, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host even had lights strung up around the space, which I’m sure looked lovely at night… although I have to admit, I fell asleep before dark and didn’t get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and disconnect. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, restful stay.
