We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available.

Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches.
This property is located in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, and just North of highway 60. Higley exit is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a quarter acre corner lot.
The RV pad is built on the entire right side of the property from the street to back, so it's very private. It's approximately 1/3 of the entire property and made of decomposed gravel, accessed via it's own entrance, and set next to a private brick patio. It's separated via brick wall in back and on the right, along with vinyl fence, and pool fencing on the left.
The RV pad is generally back-in design, accessed via your 25 foot wide drive that leads straight up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your RV, toys, and tow vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio, gas fire pit, and artificial grass for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the private 4' walk-through gate. The area is great for pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street.

Jared’s land is a gem for both my kids who play club ball! We parked our 32 ft C Class motorhome easily under his covered tin awning with a lovely shaded tree. His lawn was spectacular for my heeler to run and play after the sun went down.
Jared was such a delight host! Would 100% recommend but please don’t book too much cuz we want to come back again real soon! 😂
We also found out quickly he does surfing lessons (yes in the desert! ) and took the kids surfing immediately to see him. They had a blast!!

We enjoyed staying at Jared’s place with 50 amp and water hookups and were able to park under a big tree for shade. Jared was very personable and an excellent host. We would stay again when traveling to Phoenix.

Its an RV hookup. Laundry was ok most machines didnt work. No restrooms or showers on site anywhere. The site area was kinda overgrown and we had to dig down to find the water source. It is a basic hookup, sleep, and go

This is our second stay at Spencer and Melissa’s house. It’s a great location while we visit family in Tempe. The spot is perfect for us and our dog. Their dog plays well with ours which is a great way to get exercise. Communication is great and we would highly recommend.

3 nights at Phoenix Mountains Treehouse
Niko's place was exactly what I was looking for, plus Niko was accommodating and opened the dates up for me during his off-season. Look at the pictures carefully - what you see is what you get! The instructions are excellent too. If you like the outdoors, this is perfect. I came for a conference, so I didn't explore the neighborhood, but the mountains are right there.

We showed up after hours to Wild West and Scott put his boots back on to help us get all set up, firewood, propane, and sold us a 6 pack of beer. While me and our kids visited with the resident emus, he and my husband took care of business and he even gave us some tips and advice as new RVers.He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to us! We will definitely be coming back to Wild West!!

Heidi is a great hostess. Communication was timely, informative and helpful. The private spot is perfect for a small RV but still had plenty of room to park my truck, along with room to set up my table and grill. If you have a 30 amp RV bring a 50 amp adapter. Sinclair gas station 10 min to the east has a dump station for $15 making it easy to drop off trash and waste on your way out of town. I stayed for 3 nights with my dog and absolutely recommend this spot!
