Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. Its an RV hookup. Laundry was ok most machines didnt work. No restrooms or showers on site anywhere. The site area was kinda overgrown and we had to dig down to find the water source. It is a basic hookup, sleep, and go

3 nights at Phoenix Mountains Treehouse
Niko's place was exactly what I was looking for, plus Niko was accommodating and opened the dates up for me during his off-season. Look at the pictures carefully - what you see is what you get! The instructions are excellent too. If you like the outdoors, this is perfect. I came for a conference, so I didn't explore the neighborhood, but the mountains are right there.

We showed up after hours to Wild West and Scott put his boots back on to help us get all set up, firewood, propane, and sold us a 6 pack of beer. While me and our kids visited with the resident emus, he and my husband took care of business and he even gave us some tips and advice as new RVers.He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to us! We will definitely be coming back to Wild West!!

Heidi is a great hostess. Communication was timely, informative and helpful. The private spot is perfect for a small RV but still had plenty of room to park my truck, along with room to set up my table and grill. If you have a 30 amp RV bring a 50 amp adapter. Sinclair gas station 10 min to the east has a dump station for $15 making it easy to drop off trash and waste on your way out of town. I stayed for 3 nights with my dog and absolutely recommend this spot!

Tammii and Kevin have an amazing set up. They have a large level concrete pad that can accommodate a bus. It's located close to everything you need in Mesa, including Costco. They are amazing hosts with complete RV hook-ups and dump station. If you need to do laundry, there is a washer and dryer available.
The morning I left, a couple of neighborhood chickens came to visit.

Great spot with full hookups, privacy, & easy access to anywhere is in the Valley. They thought of everything including an outdoor table, lounge area and a great fire pit. Dog friendly and area to run off leash. We will definitely be back
