If your vehicle requires you to back in, the dimensions of the driveway in front of the Gate are 27'W (+ 7' from driveway to palm tree) X 22.5"L to parallel street. Refer to pic for visual. • Hookups: Equipped with 50-amp, 230v electric and fresh hose water access. • Parking: Gated and secure. Includes extra street parking for up to three additional vehicles or trailers. Premium Amenities & Activities: • Private Pool: Enjoy seasonal access to our private pool (May–Sept, limited hours-check out our Rentals and Excursions). • Water Sports, Rentals & Excursions: We offer Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) equipment. I felt very private and safe at this location. The property is in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to a park. The electric hookup worked fine and was appreciated.

This is a great Central location to explore the greater Phoenix area. I found it very safe, quiet at night, perfectly level, and reasonably priced. The super easy check in process was much appreciated. Would and will come back.

Great spot in town but feels more rural. Inside the space you just see beautiful sky and palm trees.
