About This Site: Experience a secure, private getaway at our gated RV site in a quiet Chandler neighborhood. Perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure, this 50' x 14' level concrete pad offers full privacy and premium amenities just minutes from Arizona’s best hiking and water sports. The Essentials: • Site Dimensions: Spacious 50'L x 14'W flat pad. If your vehicle requires you to back in, the dimensions of the driveway in front of the Gate are 27'W (+ 7' from driveway to palm tree) X 22.5"L to parallel street. Refer to pic for visual. Note: We have hosted as long as 42', the driver was very experienced with parking it and had no trouble. Please factor in your experience/comfort level with backing your vehicle in! • Hookups: Equipped with 50-amp, 230v electric and fresh hose water access. (see pic) • Parking: Gated and secure. Includes extra street parking for up to three additional vehicles or trailers. Premium Amenities & Activities: • Water Sports, Rentals & Excursions: We offer Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) equipment. Inquire about our board rentals or guided SUP excursions. • Location: Highly-walkable neighborhood w/a plethora of shops and restaurants nearby. Top-tier hiking, kayaking, and local attractions. Heidi is a great hostess. Communication was timely, informative and helpful. The private spot is perfect for a small RV but still had plenty of room to park my truck, along with room to set up my table and grill. If you have a 30 amp RV bring a 50 amp adapter. Sinclair gas station 10 min to the east has a dump station for $15 making it easy to drop off trash and waste on your way out of town. I stayed for 3 nights with my dog and absolutely recommend this spot!

It was such a convenient stay!! Nice neighborhood with a park nearby. Family friendly park. The owners were helpful with our needs and let us stay extra when our games were later than planned. Really quiet place and safe.

This is a great Central location to explore the greater Phoenix area. I found it very safe, quiet at night, perfectly level, and reasonably priced. The super easy check in process was much appreciated. Would and will come back.
