Right outside our entrance going North on 80th Street you can hike over to the Grapevine Wash which is a short walk away from the Cave Creek Town Trail System for hiking and horseback riding, and if you’re adventurous you can hike up 2 miles of a 800’ climb on a gravel road/trails to “Mexican Hat” for an even more incredible view! We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed.
Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too!
We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We ask that you please do not feed any horses that do not belong to you. Or go into any pen that your horse is not in. For safety and respect :) Thank you in advance.

We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches.
This property is located in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, and just North of highway 60. Higley exit is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a quarter acre corner lot.
The RV pad is built on the entire right side of the property from the street to back, so it's very private. It's approximately 1/3 of the entire property and made of decomposed gravel, accessed via it's own entrance, and set next to a private brick patio. It's separated via brick wall in back and on the right, along with vinyl fence, and pool fencing on the left.
The RV pad is generally back-in design, accessed via your 25 foot wide drive that leads straight up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your RV, toys, and tow vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio, gas fire pit, and artificial grass for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the private 4' walk-through gate. The area is great for pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street.

Right outside our entrance going North on 80th Street you can hike over to the Grapevine Wash which is a short walk away from the Cave Creek Town Trail System for hiking and horseback riding, and if you’re adventurous you can hike up 2 miles of a 800’ climb on a gravel road/trails to “Mexican Hat” for an even more incredible view! We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed.
Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too!
We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We ask that you please do not feed any horses that do not belong to you. Or go into any pen that your horse is not in. For safety and respect :) Thank you in advance.

We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches.
This property is located in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, and just North of highway 60. Higley exit is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a quarter acre corner lot.
The RV pad is built on the entire right side of the property from the street to back, so it's very private. It's approximately 1/3 of the entire property and made of decomposed gravel, accessed via it's own entrance, and set next to a private brick patio. It's separated via brick wall in back and on the right, along with vinyl fence, and pool fencing on the left.
The RV pad is generally back-in design, accessed via your 25 foot wide drive that leads straight up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your RV, toys, and tow vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio, gas fire pit, and artificial grass for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the private 4' walk-through gate. The area is great for pups too! Additional parking is available in front of the RV gate if needed, or you can park on the street.

Heritage District is home to our weekly Farmer’s Market, a bike trail along the canal, splash pad, parks, restaurants, breweries, cocktail lounges, bars, and shopping. This area is known for being safe, friendly, and very walkable. The RV spot is a 0.3 mile walk to a fish taco shop, a cocktail lounge and an art gallery, 0.4 mile walk away from the Farmer’s Market, the nearest ice cream shop and a historic BBQ restaurant, 0.5 mile walk to a performing arts venue, a dog friendly brewery with a dog “spaw”, and an arcade! We love it here and think you will too.

Wes and Sherry were so friendly and helpful! Their camp spot was wonderful for our 5-night stay as it was just blocks away from downtown Gilbert and our kids were just down the road. Be aware there is a train that goes by a few times a day but it didn't bother us at all. I would highly recommend their lovely spot that included all the hookups and a washer and dryer!

We enjoyed our stay on Jared’s land. It was beautifully shaded and quiet and Jared is an excellent host. Everything we needed was within just a few minutes drive from the spot. We were very comfortable there.

A true hidden gem for families who love to unplug! If you go in knowing there are no washroom facilities, you’ll have an incredible time. We spent the day getting lost in the stunning canyon views and playing in the crystal-clear creek. It’s rare to find this much peace and privacy nowadays. Thanks for the great time.
Andy made our trip, you have raised a very polite and wise young man.
He answered all of our questions and provided a excellent tour of the property. He was very knowledgable about the canyon and history of the area and mines.
He checked on us a couple times and was a wealth of information!
We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfalls and creek hike.
The water was cool and a perfect way to spend the warmest part of the day!
There were tons of stars at night.
Great hospitality and atmosphere.
Pasture camp spot was plenty of room and great fire pit!

We loved our time in Ash Creek. A beautiful, unique hideaway! We had fun exploring the area, found some great swimming holes and amazing stars. Andy is a great host, gave us an informative tour when we arrived that kept my kids’ attention, delivered a massive log for our fire and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend!
