We offer Communal Spaces with restroom, grill, table, other seating with larger fire-pit. Feel free to visit our horses, chickens or hike our beautiful trails right from the property.
Enjoy the horses, the stars at night and our neighboring coyotes sing if you are lucky.

We are Kevin and Tammii. We moved to Mesa in 2019 to build our own “Field of Dreams”. In developing our property we added a Hip-Camp site to our vision. We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country.
We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available.

Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.

Our 2 accessible acres will give you 360 view of mountains, our Red Rock Roping arena, and a Saloon to gather under to enjoy cool refreshments, and a meal with your friends/family. Right outside our entrance going North on 80th Street you can hike over to the Grapevine Wash which is a short walk away from the Cave Creek Town Trail System for hiking and horseback riding, and if you’re adventurous you can hike up 2 miles of a 800’ climb on a gravel road/trails to “Mexican Hat” for an even more incredible view! We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed.
Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too!
We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We ask that you please do not feed any horses that do not belong to you. Or go into any pen that your horse is not in. For safety and respect :) Thank you in advance.

Our little slice of country life is home to a friendly mix of animals, including a donkey, goats, sheep, an alpaca, pigs, chickens, and dogs. Guests enjoy meeting the animals, wandering the property, and soaking in a slower pace of life.
We sell fresh farm eggs when available and have a small on-site farm shop with seasonal goodies.

We love hosting and enjoy learning where our guests are traveling from. While the farm feels peaceful and rural, we’re conveniently close to dump stations, great local food, and everyday amenities. There’s a nearby dog park, and food delivery services like DoorDash will deliver right to the farm.
We’re also just 10 minutes from Arizona Athletic Grounds, where many sports tournaments are held—making us a convenient and quiet place to stay during busy event weekends.

1 night at Marguerita Ranch
Margarita Ranch is such a unique and beautiful place to stay! It was the perfect introduction to the Phoenix area for us. So many huge, beautiful saguaros, super dark at night to see the sky lit up with stars, and the friendliest pigs, horses, and donkeys to pet. Macy was a super communicative and hospitable host. We even found a wonderful hike to do after we checked out that was an under 15 minute drive from the site— Jewel of the Creek Preserve. We had such a great time.

We didn't spend much time at the site, because we had so much to do in the area, but the site was super clean and level, the hosts were very welcoming - offering us advice for the area and even baking the kids some cookies, and the included laundry was very helpful. When our plans changed, they even worked to accommodate us. Thank you for hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back! The security gate made me feel very safe with our gear and camper, and the property overall felt secure and well cared for.
The porta-potty was clean and conveniently located, which made things easy and comfortable during our stay. One of the highlights was seeing the cute farm animals at the property—they added a fun and relaxing charm to the whole experience.
The host Leland was friendly and welcoming, with great communication and a genuine interest in making sure everything went smoothly for me even though I had to instant book last minute.
Overall, this is a peaceful, well-managed spot with thoughtful amenities and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Roxanne was awesome to deal with. Very responsive. We booked last minute and couldn't be happier. The campsite is great. The small patio with table and chairs, and string lights really set the vibe. This location was super convenient to my wife's conference in Phoenix. We stayed one night. Now, a remote campsite this is not. It is a quaint corner in a large suburban lot, but that's why it works so well. It is situated perfectly for privacy, peace and quiet, and is also a lovely setting. Would highly recommend.

We loved Julie’s spot. It’s a beautiful desert level campsite on the foothills of a nature preserve. Shopping is also convenient. We could sit in the evenings and watch planes approach Gateway airport over the mountain and listen to the horses moving and nickering nearby. Julie is a great host and we will be back.

2 nights at Phoenix Citi StarGazer A-Frame
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. After car camping for two nights this felt luxurious. We desperately needed a hot shower after hiking for 2 days in Tucson and swimming. The place we stayed before only had cold water, while this shower got really hot very quickly, and it was so nice. It also might seem like a simple thing, but the industrial size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was really nice for them to provide. Camping for 7 days out of a small backpack you only have room for free sample size toiletries, so I was able to wash my hair everyday here and after a long day of hiking it was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. It was really cloudy the nights we stayed so the star lights were a nice touch. My husband was initially worried when I said it was in someone's backyard. But it was incredibly private. We rarely saw our host, and were able to enjoy the backyard, pool, and even enjoy a peaceful meal at the table next to the pool. He mentioned as we were leaving how different but nice this was compared to our other stays.

We had such a wonderful stay with Cheryl. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She welcomed us with kindness right away, made sure we were comfortable, and even set up the hot tub for us with the jets on and the heat turned up which was such a thoughtful touch, especially with our little one.
At the end of our stay, my wife accidentally took my truck keys to work, and I was completely stuck when it was time to check out. Cheryl showed so much grace and understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day without any stress. That kind of flexibility and compassion is rare.
She is genuinely one of the sweetest hosts we’ve met. We felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease the entire time. Highly recommend staying with Cheryl — you won’t regret it.

Cheryl was an absolutely amazing host. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She let us bring our RV and even made sure our little baby was comfortable during our stay. She went above and beyond by setting the hot tub jets for us and turning up the heat so it was perfect when we got in.
At the end of our stay, my wife accidentally took my truck keys with her to work, which meant I couldn’t leave at checkout time. Cheryl was incredibly understanding and graciously allowed us to stay another day without making it stressful at all.
Super sweet lady and truly one of the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever stayed with. Highly recommend staying with her if you get the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammii's property. The space was very nice, clean, and spacious, and was a great location for exploring the Phoenix area. The laundry was also a fantastic touch (especially for us traveling with young kids). Tammii and her family were all so welcoming and kind, and we really couldn't have asked for a better stay! We'd highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Phoenix area.

I loved camping here, it was clean, quiet and well lit. I was able to book super last minute- the host was helpful and extremely responsive! The spot had several different hook up options 50/30/20 and they offered water I think? I didn’t explore the water hookup though since I’m not self contained. The spot felt intimate and private. It’s super easy to find as the host gave great directions. There was an offer to meet upon arrival as well- it’s helpful but definitely you won’t have any problem finding the spot with host’s instructions. I would recommend this spot for anyone who needs a quiet night on in a safe property.

This was our first experience using Hipcamp and it was a very positive experience. Jared definitely set the bar high for any future stays at other locations. He was very welcoming, super helpful with providing local suggestions, and reached out before, during and after our stay to make sure our stay went well. Its located in a convenient location and is a beautiful well kept property. We are looking forward to staying there again.
