We are Kevin and Tammii. We moved to Mesa in 2019 to build our own “Field of Dreams”. In developing our property we added a Hip-Camp site to our vision. We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country. We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available. More about the “Field of Dreams”: Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.

We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches. This RV pad is decomposed gravel and has it's own brick patio. Your RV space is separated via brick wall, vinyl, and pool fencing. The entire property is a quarter acre in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, highway 60, and close to shopping and restaurants. The RV pad is accessed via a 25 foot wide drive up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the locked walk through gate. We are happy to announce that we have upgraded our front gate. It is now set back farther off of the road and is 20 feet wide. Extra large rig friendly! We do short term bookings 29 days or less. Our 1 acre property just outside of the heart of Central Phoenix has two legacy pine trees, one of which holds a treehouse that was originally built as an extra space for our family and is now open for guests. Not too long ago, our neighborhood roads were dirt, and there are still several horse ranches in the neighborhood. Hiking trails start at the end of our street leading to the Phoenix Mountains and a 3 minute drive will get you to Dreamy Draw Park and Piestewa Peak, with endless miles of hiking and grand views of the city.

Beautiful grassy backyard Oasis 7 mins from downtown. If you are looking to a place to camp still in the city limits for a great price this is the one for you. Not a lot of traffic noise 30'+ trees lining the property, kids play set, we do live on the property. If you want to be a little more secluded we have another 1/2 acre that butts up to our property we do not live on. Both properties are gated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sherry’s! They had the gate open and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The place was perfect for our needs! We were visiting friends for a couple of days and this place was only 7 minutes away. The lot is level it might take a minute to get backed in if you are inexperienced. I was able to back my 38ft diesel pusher in on the first try! The owners are right next door if you have any questions or they will leave you alone if you wish. Full hookups are a plus. 50/30 amp service. Walking distance from downtown. We would definitely stay there again.

Julie’s property is private, clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at this property and we look forward to the stay every time. We always have a relaxing time while we are on property and enjoy the views and all of the scenery near by. Traffic in the area is extremely light with groceries and shopping close Excited for our stay next year. Julie is a welcoming host and it has always been great to see her when we arrive.

Awesome oasis in the city! Loved staying here and having a view of the neighbor's horses. Jared was a great host and super helpful—you won't go wrong here! I drove a 16' vintage travel trailer in, and there's plenty of room to turn around if you don't have great backing-up skills. Tons of amenities within minutes from the place.

Weekend Trip to Palo Verde Retreat

Palo Verde Retreat was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The site was thoughtfully set up with a table and seating area, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The host even had lights strung up around the space, which I’m sure looked lovely at night… although I have to admit, I fell asleep before dark and didn’t get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a wonderful place to unwind and disconnect. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, restful stay.
