All weary travelers welcome to our quiet desert haven! With 360 degrees of beautiful views! Our tent site includes a deck platform with securement hooks to assemble your tent on and stay safely elevated off the ground. RVs welcome! We can currently accommodate up to a 36ft travel trailer or horse trailer with living quarters. This is a dry camp area. There is a portable toilet with sink for campers to utilize. We also have an Inverter as a rental option to provide power for an RVer if so desired. We can also fill Fresh Water Tanks for use while camping. We are currently working on a dump station. Also to ensure that we keep our little slice of heaven beautiful, please pack out what you pack in. Please do not leave trash or food at the campsites or leave food unsecured this will attract wildlife which will surely make your camping trip interesting. Our property is surrounded with views of Mount Lemmon, the Tortolita Mountain Park, Black Mountain, Newman Peak, and Picacho Peak. Come enjoy the prolific wildflowers of the desert bloom this spring! Campers can enjoy a warm beautiful sunset and star gazing in the evening, with views of the hazy band of the Milky Way and shooting stars next to the fire pit provided at each site. This is a safe place to get off the road for a bit, or to take a break from the busy/noisy city life, to relax and unwind in nature! Dogs are welcome, but please pick up after your pet! There is also a Round Pen provided for travelers with up to 2 horses with a fill station for water. Feed will be intermittently available to purchase for those in need. Quiet slice of heaven under the stars on our homestead. Due to some unexpected commitments, it was necessary to reduce our camping experience for our winter 2024 season. We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches. This RV pad is decomposed gravel and has it's own brick patio. Your RV space is separated via brick wall, vinyl, and pool fencing. The entire property is a quarter acre in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, highway 60, and close to shopping and restaurants. The RV pad is accessed via a 25 foot wide drive up to a 14 foot wide RV gate. Your vehicle will sit on level decomposed granite. Your RV pad is 80 feet long and 20 feet wide. In addition, you have approx. 20'x20' brick patio for chairs, table, and outdoor living space. You can lock up your space via the RV gate, then come and go via the locked walk through gate. Several restaurants near. 30-45 minutes into Scottsdale with all they have to offer! A perfect retreat for those that like to see Arizona off the beaten path. Check out stellar mountain views, spectacular desert sunrises, sunsets, star studded night skies! Wildlife and beautiful friendly birds. Listen to the quietness. It's agricultural. You'll be serenaded by coyotes, mules, roosters, horses, goats. No street lights. Stars are magnificent! There's dirt paths/roads/trails. Bring appropriate footwear. Located near some of the best hiking, biking, and horseback riding, in the state. NOTE - Please advise that off the main paved roads we are down about 1 & 1/2 miles of dirt road; may be a bit challenging for XL 40 ft 5th wheels and very low riding RVs. Most RVs have no issues. Sometimes, the road might be too narrow for 2 vehicles; one will need to pull over in the plentiful wider areas... pls give the other vehicle a desert-rural-ranch- friendly "thank you" wave. ENJOY! Get that "Way-Out-West" feeling. Wrap yourself in western fun. Take time for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and taking in the mountain views. Bring appropriate footwear; dirt paths/roads/trails. We do short term bookings 29 days or less. No monthly rates, sorry! We are dog friendly, but PLEASE do not show up here with dogs without indicating in your booking that you are bringing them. They MUST be kept on a leash while here due to farm animals and wildlife on the property. Please respect and follow these requests so that others can enjoy bringing their dogs here in the future. :) Beautiful views of the Santan Mountains on 3.5 acre residential property. Flat, private area behind main residence with a large cover. You will have about 1 acre of space to yourself. Quiet, rural feel yet less than 5 minutes from shopping, dining and conveniences. Full hookups-- Filtered water, 50 amp electric, and septic. Room to set up temporary horse panels. Walking distance to Santan regional park for miles of hiking, biking or horseback riding. 2 miles from Horseshoe park. Less than a mile to Santan flats. Please keep in mind that the front gate is close to the road..., so especially if you have a larger rig, please take a wide turn to clear the gate.
