This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play. The road to the property is about 0.8 miles and is considered dirt rugged. It will require you to so down under 5 miles an hour in a few places. You have the entire road to travel on and maneuver around the big bumps. I drive my car to the property ever time and don't have an issue if I slow down and go around large holes. If there is a recent storm in the area the road could be difficult to navigate.

Please bring a shovel to clear the fire pit out if there is sand or leftover wood in it. Other things to note: From Highway 64, travel 0.85 miles east on Pine Rd to reach the property. Kaibab Paiute RV Park & Campground is a great place to get away, slow down, and relax. It’s a little further out, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. It’s peaceful and quiet, while still being in a great location for exploring a variety of parks and sightseeing spots, including Zion National Park. The sites are spread out nicely, so you actually have room to breathe. Each spot includes 50 amp electric, septic, and water hookups, which makes settling in easy. The views are beautiful in every direction, making this a perfect place to unplug for a bit and enjoy the quiet. The clubhouse is also a nice bonus, offering a full kitchen, showers with plenty of hot water, and onsite washers and dryers. If you’re looking for a peaceful campground that won’t break the bank, this is definitely one to check out.

I loved our stay and would definitely come back. The campgrounds were so well maintained and the facilities made everything so easy. The bathrooms and showers were clean, there was laundry room, and the kitchen had everything you’d need. There were hookups for RVs and campers, and all the tent areas had their own tables and fire grill. It was our first time staying at any campground so we were weren’t sure what to expect. But Jessi was so nice so we felt safe and comfortable right away. This experience was really enjoyable and we’re excited for our next adventure.

We had a great stay, the views and sunsets were so beautiful. The sites were easy to pull into, everything was kept nice and maintained. There’s also a peice of this land that feels special being on a reservation. I would highly recommend checking out the pipe springs national monument in walking distance, there’s lots of history here. There was also a nice biking trail.

Staff was super helpful, responsive, and kind. Facilities are immaculate, shower is hot, and the dryers got my laundry all the way dry in one cycle. Site was GORGEOUS. You actually can't get better views of the Strip or of the Milky Way. Super convenient to everywhere, and no light pollution.

It was so incredible to camp right in the park! The canyon is the most unreal scenery I've ever seen. Everyone in their life HAS to visit this park at least once!
