This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views. Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures. You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience. The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play. The road to the property is about 0.8 miles and is considered dirt rugged. It will require you to so down under 5 miles an hour in a few places. You have the entire road to travel on and maneuver around the big bumps. I drive my car to the property ever time and don't have an issue if I slow down and go around large holes. If there is a recent storm in the area the road will be difficult to navigate.This land is absolutely beautiful at night. The stars just dance across the sky and you get the opportunity to see every one of them! This area is well known for its night sky star gazing. You will love the panaramic views and crisp clean air. Please use Google Maps to get to the property. It is the only app that takes you to the right spot. When you pull up the road, you will see the compost toilet shed, green fences, and black car rims that are site markers. Each site goes in over 600 ft deep. The land is huge and any of it can be used. The markers to the east of the property are designated by poles in the ground with bandanas on them. I bet you won't even see them they are so far from the entrance. ;0) The terrain does have many types of cacti and some tunnels from prairie dogs, so be mindful of where you step and drive. Sooooo much room on over 4 acres you could invite everyone you know. Have a Grand Adventure!

This land is absolutely beautiful at night. The stars just dance across the sky and you get the opportunity to see every one of them! This area is well known for its night sky star gazing. You will love the panaramic views and crisp clean air. Please use Google Maps to get to the property. It is the only app that takes you to the right spot. I couldn't believe how many stars were out at night and I was also shocked by how beautiful the sunrise was in the morning. Jessica was very responsive and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet stay. No one else close by. Road was a little rough but just go slow through the ruts and you’ll be fine.

Beautiful views and night sky. This site is remote and primitive just like we wanted. There was alot of broken plastic from decorations around that we tried to pick up. Toilet had not been emptied and there was old toilet paper and waste that had been dumped from the toilet previously on a bush near the toilet. Host messaged and asked us to empty the toilet because it hadn't been done. Host was friendly and responsive and overall a great spot it just needs a little tlc from campers who obviously didn't clean up after themselves.

The site could’ve been neatened up a bit, various trash scattered in different areas, looks like it hasn’t been checked on in awhile. Could have been a great star gazing experience but it was cloudy the night I stayed. And a recent storm left a long stretch of roads from the main road to the property very rutted, flooded in places and difficult to navigate, which might have been useful for low clearance vehicles to know.

this place was great!! we loved the site, it was clean and somewhat easy to find. it was worth the little confusion to have the isolation. it was safe and comfortable and really wonderful. thank you jessica!

It was an odd spot. really just a place to park your car and a tent for the night. felt like i was in the middle of nowhere, close-ish to the park which was nice. the stars were beautiful.

Private with only mountains in the background providing beautiful sunsets. My only caution would be to anyone driving a car or low riding RV. The road is rough and deeply rutted so drive it slowly and with some caution.

Very beautiful spot! The toilet is a great accommodation after dispersed camping for a few days. The views were beautiful, it was very peaceful & quiet. We also greatly appreciated being able to book on such short notice

It was a great campsite! The dirt roads were a little tricky to drive through, but I think that can mainly be contributed to the rain that had fallen right before we arrived. I loved the fire pits and the chairs she had set up! Was windy the first day when we were setting up but then died down and was fine the rest of the time.

Very remote spot in the scrubland, beautiful sky views. Was windy pulling in but it died down plenty by evening, enough to have a fire to keep me warm, which was essential because it was *very* cold while I was there. Bathroom was fine, there was plenty of material to help get a fire started but be sure to bring firewood if you need a fire. This site is probably not for you if you're needing much from the host... It was very bare bones which is what I was looking for, but just a heads up in case you're a camper who isnt used to that.

Most incredible night sky I've ever seen in my life. I could see the milky way clear as day with the naked eye. It was a magical experience, quiet and private. My only issue was the "road" getting there, definitely more appropriate for off-road capable vehicles BUT my van did make it!

The campground was simple yet perfect for our need. It was very calm at night. The sunset and sunrise were amazing ! Its only 40 minutes away from grand canyon national parc. We had a great stay !

**don’t use Apple Maps! It’ll take you a hour from location!!* Loved this spot! Directions were tricky because I primarily use Apple Maps and missed the note about Apple Maps being inaccurate. Host was communicative and helped us out when we’re lost. The spot was so lovely and be sure to be there for sunset, it’s not to be missed!! Neighboring dogs were quite loud most of the night so if you’re a light sleeper like myself bring ear plugs — but seriously this place is cool regardless of that!!

We had a great stay on the land as it was exactly what we were looking for. Wide open sky, able to build a fire, and seclusion but easy to get to. Jessica was great to communicate with and we found the place easily. Definitely recommend.

We loved our RV spot on Jessica’s land, made smores round the campfire with ample wood and had great views of loads of storms all around us. Road was a bit bumpy to get to the spot but it was well marked and easy to find. Communication was also great and very friendly, thanks so much 😬👍xxx

What a cute campsite! I absolutely loved my stay there. Apple Maps gave me a little trouble but Jessica was great at getting me to the exact spot. Stars were absolutely beautiful.

The camp site is really cute, there wasn't much issue finding it from the road even at night but Jessica was a great help! The sky's are amazing at night, we went the week before Memorial Day and it was well worth it. To top it off the Grand Canyon is only 40 mins from the site! The brush near the site is great for starting a fire, and also beautiful in the morning light. Would definitely be visiting again!

We had our rooftop tent. Easy to find close to Grand Canyon south rim entrance we were able to get there super early. Stars a views were beautiful!

This place was epic. A bit windy throughout the evening but calmed down after dusk. It was a great open space with an epic panoramic view of the mountains! If you are on the fence just say yes because it's worth it and you can't beat the price!

We chose to camp here as we visited the Grand Canyon! It was only about a 30 min drive to Grand Canyon National Park. Jessica’s land was a good place to dry camp. We ended up booking 2 more days after finding out our Canyon pass was good for up to 7 days of entry. We had a little trouble finding the campsite, trying to navigate dirt roads with no tall landmarks- but eventually found the log markers, green planters, and fire pit. The sky and sunsets were great here, and we enjoyed resting peacefully after each day at the canyon.

Overall in good spot. A great place to watch the stars at night. Unfortunately, unless you want to drive through cactus or the rough terrain to get further back on the property you were limited to camping by the road. Our first night there someone parked 20ft away from us and made camp for the night. There are a couple stores located a mile or two away. There is no shade or trees of any kind. The host was very nice and quick to respond.
