Near Grand Canyon National Park
Within a 60-minute drive from the South Entrance Station.
This spacious land is over 4 acres of high desert with breathtaking 360 degree views.
Only 45 minutes from Flagstaff, 30 minutes from the historic Grand Canyon, and only 36 minutes from Williams, this property is in the middle of it all. There is so much potential for amazing adventures.
You could go fishing in Williams or have a snowball fight in Flagstaff. If you have never seen the Grand Canyon you are in for an ultimate life changing experience.
The dark night skies in this area may just keep you at camp. You can see every star out here and enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With wide open spaces you have so much room to play. This land is absolutely beautiful at night. The stars just dance across the sky and you get the opportunity to see every one of them! When you pull up the road, there are logs buried in the ground with orange fabric as markers. There are two small planters in the front to help find the location. The back of the land is also marked with the same orange fabric. Land is from front road, Lowe, to the rear road, that looks like a grassy trail, all the way through to the east. Over 2 acres wide. There are no restrooms currently, but I plan to upgrade as soon as possible. The front of the property close to the road is for pull in parking and back in for RVs and trailers. Please allow other campers to park in this entry area. It is open parking. This is just open land, so it will allow for larger groups. There is only one fire pit on the land, and if you are going to have a fire in a different space, please dig a hole and clear around any weeds and brush for safety. Bury these fires when done. Terrain does have many types of cacti and some tunnels from prairie dogs, so be mindful of where you step. There is no one else in the area that will be using this road, so it can be a fun place to hang out as well. This area is well known for its night sky star gazing. It is the darkest in the state so you can see almost every star. Sooooo much room on 4.5 acres you could invite everyone you know.
