Jeannie’s place was an easy place to stay while we were in Flagstaff for a couple of days. It is walking distance to downtown and in a very walkable neighborhood. It was very private. Although our trailer was just about a foot from their house, we were aware that they were coming and going but we never interfaced .

Close to Historic Downtown Flagstaff, AZ, this is a great space with full hookups. It's on a driveway in a quiet neighborhood. Jeannie and Cameron are kind and welcoming, we had an awesome stay. We come to Flagstaff often, so this is our new go-to home away from home!

The location was only 5-10 m walking distance to town - all the basics covered and very convenient. Space was easy to find, driveway was long and level and accommodated our 22 ft van just fine. We didn’t need to hook up to power but it was right there.

Wanted a safe/ secure spot while in flagstaff for a night. I have a fully contained sprinter and this spot was perfect! Walkable to downtown
Such amazing hosts, kind and gracious, location is close to downtown, easy walk down the hill. I’ve been three times and will return!

Second time here and amazing place close to everywhere
We had a wonderful time at this Hipcamp! Jeannie was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She even gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations for our visit to the Grand Canyon, which we really appreciated.
The site had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a very quiet and peaceful spot, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge at night after a long day of exploring. If you’re looking for a great location with a personal touch, this is it! We’d definitely stay here again.
The site could be tidier and more inviting. We understand construction is taking place but looking out at a pile of materials wasn't very pleasing. For a place to simply stay overnight it was fine, but we wouldn't want to stay longer.
Hi the space is basically a driveway at the side of the house which is under construction. We checked that it would be wide enough for our 19’ airstream and were told it would fit fineZ when we got there we would have needed to back it into a very narrow drive from a car crowded street in order to get it onto a flat area.. there appeared to be a hole on the side that was covered with plywood that the trailer also could have collapsed. We decided we would be safer on the street so drove around until we found an area close to commercial and good for the night. This location would be better for A smaller RV

Loved the location of this spot...easy access, on foot, to downtown Flag, and its in a nice neighborhood.
The biggest downsize for us was the noise from the trains going through town all night long. It made sleeping a challenge. Our camper has a pop-up top with canvas corners, so there wasn't much to buffer us from the sound of the trains. If our camper was more insulated, then we probably would not have heard the trains. So, I highly recommend this spot only if you have a well insulated camper or RV.

If you’re looking to be in town, this is a great option. In a quiet neighborhood, however, trains go all night so if you’re a light sleeper it could be tough. Jennie is a great communicator and gave tips for local attractions. Our 23 foot Sprinter van fit snuggly with no problems.

Close to downtown Flagstaff in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to park and easily walk to meetings in town.
I have a high roof Ram Promaster van and easily fit into the space. Clean, quiet, and Jeannie was quick to reply to questions.

Jeannie's lot was easy to get to, within walking distance to the Flagstaff historic district, offered electricity, water, and trash disposal. In addition, Jeannie was very available via the direct messaging on the app. She was accessible, helpful, and friendly. The neighborhood is also very nice. Be sure your RV will fit into the space available. Our 16' travel trailer fit snuggly.

Perfect little nook close to town. We stayed twice as we liked it that much. Convenient, quiet, with all the hook ups. Would definitely stay again.
Great stay at Jeannie’s. I would come back in a heartbeat. Conveniently located, well priced and easy to get in and out of.
Close to downtown yet very peaceful and quiet. Nice, upscale neighborhood. Helpful and friendly hosts. The site is narrow, but easy enough to back a travel trailer into. A bargain for full hook-ups!
