A little over one acre of flat rangeland available for long-term boondocking. Dirt road and field for parking, completely off-grid situation. Close to town! Less than 2 miles, a 10 minute bike ride, to Valle main intersection. Looking for someone looking to stay as close to 120 day max camping as possible. Can be flexible with pricing for the right occupant. Would like $100 per week. References required.Private Long-Term Boondocking only Boondocking only, dry camp with no water or electric. Vans, Class B's and small trailers (like teardrops, pods and popups) - we do not permit ATV's or trailers over 26' Less than 2 miles from the small town of Valle, AZ. This campsite is 40 minutes from the Grand Canyon National Park. At this campsite, you can enjoy stunning mountain views and incredible stars at night Water and dump station are available at Raptor Ranch campground for $25, as well as a coin-operated laundry available at the Predator Ranch 2 miles away at the intersection of Highway 180 and Route 64. We are a Birds of Prey park with an RV and Tent Campground located Just 24 Miles from The South Rim Entrance of the Grand Canyon.We have Live Raptor Flying Demonstrations, Falconry Courses, Food, Fun and More Every Day at the Ranch! Other things to note PLEASE do not attempt to use road if muddy, it's not worth getting stuck. The road is passable by most vehicles. This is a natural high desert landscape. Hazards such as sharp vegetation and biting and stinging insects look closely when picking your campsite. The whole lot is yours to use. Please message me any questions or concerns.
