Welcome to Cactus Kingdom, a peaceful slice of Northern Arizona high desert near Williams. The land gets its name from the several tiny ground-hugging cacti scattered across the property, creating a unique desert landscape. Site is perfect for travelers seeking a simple off-grid camping experience while exploring the area. Spend the day visiting the Grand Canyon, hiking nearby forests, or exploring historic Route 66 in Williams, then return to camp to enjoy quiet desert surroundings, views of SanFran Peaks, & incredible sunsets + stargazing. The property offers space for RV, van, or tent camping, plus a Tentrr canvas tent on a wooden platform that can be used as shaded space for relaxing, yoga, or enjoying the views. This is a primitive, self-sufficient campsite designed for guests who enjoy nature without amenities. HIGHLIGHTS Features include: - Space for RV or tent camping - Open desert views ft. mountains and quiet surroundings - *Tentrr platform tent available as covered hangout space with front porch - Excellent stargazing and sunsets *Tentrr Tent Note: The canvas tent has a couple small holes near the ceiling support beam. Because of this it may not be ideal as a sleeping tent, especially in rain. Many guests may prefer to use it as a shaded sitting area, yoga space, or outdoor lounge. LEAVE NO TRACE There are NO utilities or facilities onsite. Guests MUST be fully self-contained. - No electricity - No water - No toilet or shower - All trash and human waste MUST be packed out Please help keep the land clean for future campers. FIRE POLICY Campfires and fire pits are not allowed due to regional fire safety concerns. Propane camp stoves may be used for cooking if local fire restrictions allow. ACCESS Access is via unpaved dirt roads, which may be bumpy depending on conditions. Most vehicles can reach the property when roads are dry, but drive slowly and carefully.
