Welcome to the cozy creek-view cabin, tucked away on our small dairy goat farm. This charming spot is perfect for a getaway near the Blue Ridge Parkway!
About the Property:
Our quaint cabin sits on the rolling hills of our nearly 20 acre farm, where a creek sits at the base of the property leading to Little River. We are about 20 minutes away from the Appalachian Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. There are plenty of opportunities to go hiking on and around out property, Little River allows for paddling and floating, you can go swimming and enjoy the outdoors - there is truly something for everyone! There are farm animals on the property, and we encourage you to enjoy some farm fresh eggs from our chickens!

We are about 20 minutes away from the Appalachian Mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway. The property is also a quick 10 minute trip into town - the musical and artistic Floyd, VA - where you can find a grocery store and some restaurants as well.
We hope you'll enjoy the peaceful setting, overlooking onto the creek, and our farm animals as much as we do!
About the Listing:
The cabin has a cozy bed that sits in the lofted space (you will need to climb up a set of ladder steps to reach the bed), and a couch option on the ground level for sleeping accommodations. There is a unique cabin shower, a composting toilet, well and tap water available for campers, a wonderful Solo stove for you to build a fire and to cozy up near, and a picnic table for enjoying a bite to eat! A deck sits right outside the cabin that overlooks the creek, and will be private for you during your stay.
We welcome your pets, just please ensure they are on a leash since there are other farm animals on the property.
While the cabin is the only one on our property, and somewhat private, you may see the Hosts in passing on the farm.
Additional Details to Note:
- Check in is after 2pm and check out by 11am
- You can stay connected if you'd like to, as cell reception is available on our property. The cabin does not have wifi. Feel free to unplug during your stay though!
- This spot is family friendly, so feel free to bring the kids and furry friends if you'd like!
- Fires allowed only in the Solo stove
