The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets. Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away. Our private Campground is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula. We are a Campground, we are not a Hip Camp, we just advertise through them. Just a 20-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean and a 20-minute drive to the straits of Juan de Fuca. Just a one-hour drive from our site to Cape Flattery, short hike down to a rocky viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tatoosh Island, which is the farthest NW Point in the Continental US! We have sites with beautiful river views, 9 walk-in sites, and 12 drive-up sites. 4 of the walk-in sites are river views 4, 5, 6 and 8. The drive-in sites with river views are 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, and 21. There are more sites on the other part of the Campground. The Fish Hatchery is right next door and has a boat launch, beach, and lots of fishing. The river at the Hatchery is great to float on, fish, and just play. Activities nearby include: Pacific Ocean beaches, Pleasant Lake, Crescent Lake, Beaver Lake, Snyder Lookout for stargazing, Olympic Discovery Trail, kayak floating, the area is great for hiking, biking, mushroom and fossil hunting, wildlife viewing, ATV trails, and much, much more, come have some fun.

Folks have been escaping to Whiskey Creek Beach for generations as a way to unplug from the hustle and bustle of todays busy lifestyle. With names like "Halibut Hole," "Codfish Cottage," and "Captain's Quarters," the charm is undeniable. The waves crashing over a pebble beach lull you to sleep, and the salt in the air wakes you in the morning. A private boat launch is very difficult to find anywhere on the sound. The boat launch at Whiskey Creek Beach is the only one between Fresh Water Bay and Sekiu. Whiskey Creek Beach is a place you really must experience it in person. In a busy world, full of demands and obligations, it is rare to find a place so close that feels so far away. This truly is PNW living at it's finest.

This is our second time staying here. We love spot 5, it is huge which works great for our family of 6. We do like that it’s close to the bay, and the other spots (where my parents normally stay), and is a super quiet environment. Love having the firewood on site and full hookups. Great campground! Only issue was the booster for the wifi was down but he had one ordered and was going to be replace the day after we left. Not a real issue. Beautiful campground.

The sites were clean and pretty secluded compared to most parks. Laundry and showers were clean as well!

the campground itself is so nice, well kept, and easy to find. there are hot showers available, a wet sink outside where you can wash dishes, outside restrooms, RV hookups, and tent sites. there is even a little campground store where you can buy cold soda, snacks, and any last minute needs for camping. canopy site 30 was nice - it had a fire pit and the canopy allowed for charging of your electronics. however, it is right next to the outside bathrooms. the ventilation in the restrooms pushes the air right out to where you’re staying. there were times where we were caught in the downwind of some unpleasant smells. but i will say, they kept the restrooms very clean. one of the workers even came over and hosed it out. the campground can’t control the odor but it’s worth noting if you have a sensitive sense of smell and are aversive to strong odors. i would personally come back but wouldn’t book canopy 30 again.

John's site was super cute and a lovely place to stay. Each site was remote, but not scarily lonely. Short distance from Forks, which was super cool to explore. Host was able to accommodate our needs when we had to show up later than check in time due to bad weather. Totally recommend
