MTN View Manor is a 20 acre wooded parcel shared between the 7 new 6campsites that are located on the east side of the property at the beginning of both driveways. Beyond campsites 6,7,8 are private and set up for the owners only. Beyond sites 1-4 is owners residence and trail head to the Nisqually River. Not in the mood for a short hike to the River, cool off in the solar heated pool located near the trail head and house. POOL USE ONLY JULY,AUGUST,SEPTEMBER. River and Pool access is permitted 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. All of this is behind a locked gate just off the MT. Rainier scenic highway 706.
Quiet time is 10pm
The first entrance is where sites 6 and 7 are located. The second entrance is where sites 1-5 and the airbnb are located.
Each site is clearly marked. Parking is permitted in front of each site. We provide a picnic table and trash bin at every site. No fires are allowed in individual sites but guest can congregate at the group fire pit that is located in the Middle of the field between campsite 3 and 4. We provide the firewood. The porta potty is located at the second driveway behind the privacy fence.
Campers in site 6 and 7 can walk through the woods on maintained trails to access the porta potty or drive back out to the main driveway. The sites are large and spaced out.

Our rental property was once a mini Rail Road with full size locomotive's, train cars, pumper cars and more. My dad & grandpa layed all the tracks & put together the buildings in the 1970's. Once done my grandma sold tickets to the tourist and my grandpa ran the engine around the 7 acre oval track pulling a train car full of happy tourist through the woods over the train bridge and past the big water tower back to their vehicles so they could finish their journies with a drive to Mt. Rainier. There is a lot of history on this property for our family and we hope by sharing it with others they will be able to experience some fun here as well. Our quiet time is 10pm

This location is only a mile away from the Mount Rainier National Park entrance. There is usually traffic going towards the National Park on weekends during peak season (July-August), so we encourage everyone to leave the site by 9 am during those days if you are planning on heading into the park. There is a full service restaurant (WildBerry Restaurant) that offers both traditional American and select few Nepalese dishes right next to the camping site. There are also more restaurants, gas station, and a grocery store about 5 miles from the location. You may see some elk and deers on the property if you get lucky.

PET OWNERS PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please declare any pets on the “Who’s Coming” page. We have noticed an influx of owners that do not let us know and show up with dogs as we need to go over additional information. There is no additional fee but since we have livestock roaming freely around the property, to ensure their safety, long leads are highly encouraged especially if dogs do not have exceptional training and recall. Thank you!
AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO:
-There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances. Our 2 Frenchies also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them!
-There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt accompanied by a cold plunge as an add-on.
-You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast.
-Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending from Enumclaw to Puyallup.
-Communal fire pit areas with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. We have a moveable metal one which we can transport to your camp spot if preferred. We sell a large milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed.

Tenino, the area we are in is where the First Nations People used as the Gathering Grounds. The Europeans when they came with their railroad chose to continue that tradition. Tenino is ground zero for the measurement of where one is on the railroad. We fell in love with our farm with its much untouched acres to create a place where people can gather and reconnect with life's natural beauty.
We are certified organic, Salmon Safe certified, and pesticide free. Dragons' Gate Gardens is home to many giant crystals and here their beauty works delightfully with the land.
The area has gently rolling hills filled with wildflowers during the earlier part of the Summer. Dragons Gate Gardens and Wilds has a hundred and twenty acres to explore.
The Skookumchuck River is a little over a mile away where you can enjoy a waterfall and walk along the river with low bank where one can get into the water. Doing so is a great favorite of our guests.
There is a giant crystal housed in a gazebo that overlooks the surrounding fields and woods. Time to meditate with the giant crystal in the gazebo can be booked with Kathleen for a fee of $55.
We are wild and woolly. We provide a place to experience nature as it simply is. We privilege pollinators above human aesthetics.
Wildflowers abound, including various dandelions of which many are edible and healing plants.
We encourage converting from lawns to meadow lands being supportive of wild birds and insects. If you like it wild we are the place for you. This is not a resort or English style garden. Tall grass, wild flowers and trees fill the land around you to give you a feeling of full immersion in Nature.

We offer some of the most beautiful scenery in western Washington. Here you will find the peaceful quiet of being "away from it all", yet in reality you are only a little over a mile from the local grocery store, restaurants, and gas stations along Hwy 12 in Randle.
We have 20 spacious sites on 70 acres, bordered by the Cowlitz River in Randle, WA. We are centrally located between Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Adams. Since we are not open for public entry, you can feel safe leaving your camp set up while you take day excursions.
We have dry camping ONLY. There is a spigot for water at the gate, but no water or electricity hookups at any of the sites. This year (2026) we are expanding almost all of the sites while doing our best to keep privacy intact. This will allow for a wider variation of vehicle types, as well as more room for kiddos to play within the site itself.
We welcome individual campers as well as groups. Many of our sites will hold 20-30 people, all in one site area. We can also accommodate much larger groups.... Let us know if you have a special group event.

We stayed at the Concord Pond site and found it to be a fantastic setting! Lots of trees with plenty of shade so no need for a canopy or awning. Endless amount of walking and exploring to do, we walked around looking at the huge variety of trees, plants, and garden area. We walked the Timber trail as well. Barb offers an art class of flower pounding which we took our grandkids to and they loved it. Both Terry and Barb were fantastic to visit with and gave us the feeling of visiting friends. The campground sits in a beautiful relaxing quite and scenic area, we will definitely be visiting there again!

What an amazing property to camp on! Barb and Terry are superb hosts. Signage was clear and everything exactly as advertised. Our spot felt private and while we were aware of other campers, they felt worlds away. We were there for 4th of July weekend and the gunfire was crazy (automatic weapons!) so I would recommend not going on the 4th if that’s a concern.

What a great place to stay. Its on a Xmas tree farm which made it feel really woodsy. Our spot, was great. We were on the west side of the pond. Location is Private and so much green grass. We had lots of humming birds and the setup was good even when other people showed up to their camping locations. There were plenty of bees but they never even buzzed near us...Im not a fan of bees but these I never even thought twice about. They are mostly collecting pollen from the flowering trees. The host are very kind and were always quick to respond if we needed something. Mostly, bundles of wood since the weather wasn't that great. Terry brought us bundles of wood anytime we requested and we purchased some of their honey from their bees....so good! We could hear an occasional car going by on the road but it was in the distance and really not bothering. We will definately be back.

Had a great time at 'The Moose' for the past week. Loved the proximity to the park, exploring around the river nearby. We had a few different neighbors at the adjacent A-frame who largely kept to themselves and were respectful of the space. My wife works virtually, and we'd read previous reviews that it was difficult for video. While the Starlink was tricky, but we found a spot that worked well enough. We had no issues to speak of, and the minor things we experienced were addressed promptly. Another previous review spoke to the cleanliness of the Port-a-potty, but Jayson had that resolved 1 day into our stay.
If you're looking for a nice, quiet wooded stay near the park, this is a great place to consider. The neighborhood is pretty eclectic and in our view a collection of people who like to be in a natural setting and aren't overly bourgie, which we appreciate.

This was a very sweet property. It feels like a great place for folks to come if they want the feel of camping but still be close to amenities. It felt very safe and the sites are very private. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman when we drove in and everything was easy to find. Very level ground for RVs, which we appreciated. Lots of well maintained grass and trees all around. The host was very communicative too, but also didn’t bother us. I would absolutely come back here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay on your property. ✨

We've been coming here for years and it remains one of our favorite camping destinations. The hosts are fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for getting away and enjoying the outdoors.
This was our first stay at Coyote Cabin after more than a dozen visits to the Cedars site. We loved the extra space, which made it a great fit for our larger group. The cabin was a wonderful addition, providing extra comfort and a great place to gather when needed. We're already looking forward to our next trip later this year.
