This is a very nicely setup property and John was there to welcome me on arrival. It felt very secure with a keycode gate and good lighting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The place was great to use while I worked in Tacoma. Staying in my RV was much better than staying at a hotel. Clean and quiet and secure. My only complaint was that there wasn't a dumpster or garbage can on site. Make sure you bring a very long sewer hose too, as the dump opening is located at the very rear of the sites. Communication was great with the host.

Perfect location for our needs!

We looked for a spot relatively close to Seattle where we could leave our RV/home for the time we were away. We found this one and it worked! We were in the area to take a week long cruise to Alaska. This property worked for a variety of reasons!
Here is what worked for us!
• Close to everything! Yes, that is a true. There were local grocery stores, activities and of course to Seattle for our cruise.
• This property had a locked fence. This worked great for us for a secure spot to leave our RV while we were gone
• Cell service was good, since we were near a major metro
• ‘Trash Service’ - John offered if we left our trash bag in a particular spot, he’d pick it up and put it in the can. This was a great service
• We could receive packages to this location. We’re full timers and we’ve been on the road for nearly 6 years. How and where we get our mail is important.
• Quiet location
• This really fit our circumstance.
• John, the host was very communicative, helpful & accommodating
• BlackBerry bushes behind the garages. I love being in Washington and all of the blackberries everywhere!
What did not work
• The middle spot was quite un-level. We had 3 wheels off the ground
• No pedestrian gate if you’re there for a short stay. There is a way to get out of the locked gate if you’re walking. Just ask the host.
• Some free ranging dogs on the property to know about.
• Neighbor dog up the hill barks a lot

My boyfriend and I stayed here with our dog and really enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet, peaceful spot, and we loved seeing the horses! John was a great host—friendly, easy to communicate with, and made us feel welcome. The hookups worked great, and everything was just as expected. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very pretty, peaceful place to stay within about 40-60 minutes of the SeaTac area (I drove it daily Monday-Thursday and it just depended on traffic). I hope to stay here next time I am in this area it really is a lovely place.

John was very welcoming, helpful, and his place is exactly what we needed for the weekend. Full hookups, nice gravel pad, and so close to everything…….Tacoma, puyallup, fairgrounds, I-5 but in a rural setting. Very quiet and peaceful.

Great centrally located spot! We visited the fairgrounds in Puyallup and spent some time in Tacoma; both only 15-20 minutes away. The host was great, the spot pretty level, fenced entry easy to get in and out with the code provided.
