Property is a 5-acre gated horse farm surrounded by wooded military property on 3 sides.
Conveniently located 15-20 minutes from Tacoma and Olympia.
Just 5 mins to Starbucks/coffee and grocery stores but far enough away from the city so it feels more secluded.

The owner lives on site, as well as several horses, chickens, and a dog.
Large stone fire pit with chairs near house is available for camper use.
Pending: Paddle board rental and bicycles for use on property or trails!
Set-up your tent anywhere within the horse paddocks - there are no specific sites, although there is a small fire pit and rustic bench seating at far back corner of property.
Tents can be outside of horse areas as well, if preferred.
RV dry camping anywhere within or outside horse areas.
For RVs needing dedicated electrical/water hookup, there are specific sites closer to the house.

Only four 30amp RV spots are available and are most easily accessible for Rvs under 30'. Standard 110volt outlets can also be available for RV use.
Woodbrook Hunt Club, the oldest fox hunting club west of the Mississippi, is a neighbor so lots of horseback riding goes on in the neighborhood. (Dragged scent only, no live foxes are harmed.)
Private horseback riding lessons or guided trail rides available by reservation only, subject to weather and owner availability.
Use of military trails adjacent to property for hiking and bike riding subject to open land usage and permitting by military base.

Property is a 5-acre horse ranch surrounded by military trails. Just 2 miles from beautiful American Lake, I5 freeway, Spanaway golf, etc. 15-25 mins from downtown Tacoma and Olympia. Conveniently located - (5 mins to Starbucks and grocery store) but far enough away from the city.Â
If youâre tent camping and have an emergency, the bathroom located inside my home is available on case-by-case basis if Iâm home to unlock the door. No large groups in and out of my house please!
**Guests are considered those over 18 so 2-adult limit per reservation please. Also, please limit children camping to your own children for liability and safety around horses... (Don't bring the entire classroom with just two adults to supervise!)**
Horses available for guided trail rides at $80hr/person. Please book riding directly through me as I canât guarantee availability if booked on website. Horses are usually booked a few weeks to a month out. Unfortunately, I am not always available to accommodate last minute trail rides, but feel free to inquire! Children inexperienced with riding will be required to have a horse riding lesson in the pasture instead of out on the trail for safety purposes. 200lb weight limit. I can only accommodate 2 riders at a time for safety but additional people are welcome to come on foot or bikes.  Â
WiFi is available close to the house (working on exterior extenders) but not far out in horse pastures.

Horse Farm open for RVs and tents!
Much needed rest and relaxation
This woman is amazing . We were suppose to be at her place a week prior . We had issues with our Fifthwheel . I made sure to keep in contact with her. Her response time is quicker than I would ever expect for a woman that's busy with a horse farm. She was so understanding and helped me move our dates out, no problem ...
Now we are finally here and WOW, such a quiet , peaceful , VERY comfortable place. We plan to stay longer tern and are so excited to meet all the horses and animals. Thank you for being the best host ever ,!!ÂĄ!

Horse Farm open for RVs and tents!
Beth Anne was super fast to respond to me. Dropped off my travel trailer early. She was very friendly when we arrived. Adorable animals dogs and horses alike. It was a rainy September day so I didnât hang out with the horses much I did get to give a few nose scratches. I would definitely recommend staying here. thanks so much!

Horse Farm open for RVs and tents!
BethAnne was super responsive, extremely accommodating, and an excellent host. Her property is very idyllic farm life with fruit trees, chickens, dog, and of course, horses. The horses are very gentle and well behaved. BethAnne does a superb job keeping them well cared for; itâs very clear they have a happy healthy life. My 8 year old daughter had the time of her life interacting with the horses. BethAnne specially arranged a riding session for my daughter. She was a fantastic teacher: patient and communicated in an age-appropriate way. We also rented her paddleboard and went to the American Lake Park (which had a lovely view of Mt. Rainier that day) and enjoyed the beautiful, clear waters. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend BethAnneâs horse farm! đđťđđť

Peaceful setting
Very quiet& serene setting. I love horses so setting was peaceful. The owner had someone available to help and everything was great. Close to the army bases so I enjoyed hearing taps at the end of the day
