We have many exciting changes for our guests this year! Along with the geodesic dome, RV sites, wood-fires sauna, store, and cafe added last season, this year we will have 3 stargazer tents! Brand new tents at sites 1, 2, and 6- all Stargazers. Spend the night looking at the stars from the comfort of your own bed.
We will also be adding more DIY tent spots as the season progresses, so keep an eye out for those as well.
And, look at the option available for booking the whole property for retreats, group camping trips, weddings, or anything else. Ask about the added bonuses for booking the whole property.

Waterfall Sanctuary is a hidden gem on 17 acres, bordered on two sides by the Gifford Pinchot N F. In the heart of the Columbia River Gorge just outside Carson, Washington. It's home to a mini-farm with goats, ducks, & chickens. Deer & elk walk through the property on a fairly regular basis depending on the season, it's less than a mile walk (or short drive) to the Wind River with a swimming hole, & a short distance further to the Pacific Crest Trail.
A 20-minute drive & you're at the Columbia River. An hour to the West is Portland if you are in the mood for some city life, & 35 minutes east is Hood River, a gorgeous old town with tons of charm. The closest town, Stevenson, Washington is home to shops, local restaurants, & access to the Columbia River.
Also in close proximity are amazing waterfalls, trails, & National Forest roads that are close by & well maintained. No matter the season there is something to do a short distance from the property.
Keep in mind that the property is very rugged except for the trails we have provided to access other parts of the property. We are as off grid & sustainable as possible- while no electricity or running water is available at the individual sites, we provide battery or solar operated lighting, a container of water for each site.

We have been busy on some upgrades in the off season including new furniture for the deck site, new sit spots on the trails, new benches and swings located throughout the forest and planting privacy trees. We are located on a very private property (the only houses you will see are across the inlet) surrounded by nature but only about 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and 5 minutes from I-5 and Lacey.
The property is situated on the very south end of Henderson Inlet. We are on the tide flats so twice a day (at high tide) we have the opportunity to explore on the water in canoes and kayaks. The property is spread over 16 acres and is comprised of two large fields (one in front of our home and the other is a smaller meadow off to the side (hidden meadow) and forest land. There is tons of space for playing, exploring and tiring out your kids and pups!
Wildlife is abound with eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, shore birds and a variety of forest birds make this place their home. We are also frequented by the local deer who wonder through and say hi.
About the campground:
The campground is located in the far northeast corner of the property on the edge of the forest and meadow. In the common areas you will find the porta potty, shower and sink. There is also a supply closet that has the yard games and extra supplies. There is a hot tub situated right on the edge of the forest with peek-a-boo views of the inlet. You will also find garbage and recycling bins.
There are trails throughout the forest along the 600 feet of water (tide) front. Along the trails you will find several different benches, seats and swings to relax and enjoy nature from. There are also fairies and gnomes who have been sighted in the forest. If you look closely, you might spot one too! We ware, if you touch a fairy or gnome they do lose their magical powers so please respect the mystical creatures. 😊
The sites are about 500 feet from our house and offer great privacy. You may see us throughout the day and evening coming and going from the campground, working on the property or playing with the kids on the trails!

There is power for RV close by with additional room for more tents. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/woman. Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use. Two picnic table, a covered kitchen area with a water pump, just bring your own water to wash dishes. An above ground fire pit you can cook on. We can also provide a propane tank for $15.00 for 2 nights, grill is free to use.. For an additional fee, a wheel barrel full of good dry wood for $25.00 all payable directly to Bruce/Lynn at check out. We live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at river. The listing is for eight people on the property but if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest ages 5 and above up to an additional 8 people for a total of 16 people. Payable directly to Bruce and Lynn at check out. Do NOT INCLUDE EXTRAS IN YOUR RENTAL FEE today. We do ask you to list everyone 5 and above so we know who will be on property. We are a recycle family so please use our recycle bins, but you must take out your own garbage when you leave. We will provide you with two large garbage bags.
We ask that you remove your shoes while in yurts. Animals are welcome and they can be inside the yurts, but NOT on furniture/beds. Also, we provide doggie poo bags, and a shovel so pick up what they leave behind them.
We have a camp box that can be rented if you want to camp but do not have typical camping supplies. You can fish from our rivers edge, but you must have a fishing license and know the fishing regulations in order to not be fined.

Two minutes up the road, hiking trails await for all skill levels. Two minutes the other direction, a favorite local winery offers tastings, live music, and great ambiance — and they're happy to have you bring your own charcuterie to pair with a glass.
Mowed pathways wind through the farm, leading you to each discovery at your own pace. An evening-lit grove rests in the shade of a cherry plum tree at the bottom of the property. The old homestead loop makes for an easy-to-moderate hike that kids love to explore. Guests are welcome to forage fresh berries, herbs, veggies, and eggs throughout their stay — say hello to the chickens and help yourself to eggs, just do your best not to let the girls out (it happens to the best of us).

At 180 acres Glendale Farm in Chimacum, in operation since 1857, is one of the largest single agricultural properties remaining in Jefferson County. The farm includes prime agricultural soils, over half a mile of East Chimacum Creek, and forested areas. The easement protects a buffer zone for salmon and wildlife habitat along the east fork of Chimacum Creek and protects the agricultural and forestry values of the property forever. Jefferson Land Trust and collaborative partners purchased the easement to Insure Glendale farm maintains agricultural practices and wildlife habitat forever! Please be aware this is a working farm with poultry, livestock, and the use of farm equipment providing a great experience for farm life.
Glendale farm experienced a devestating loss in 2022, the primary residence burned down, and since then has been going through an extensive cleanup from an extreme hoarding situation. We recommend using shoes at all times as we are still in the process of combing the grounds for glass and possible sharp objects. You can expect to see old farm equipment, some derelict Rvs, and material debris which we are raising funds to remove. Please be patient with us as we continue to improve the site with future showers, a comunal kitchen, and improved landscaping.
The Glendale Farm is 1/4 mile walk to and from FinnRiver Farms, where you can enjoy cider, beer, live music, delicious snacks each and every weekend! you can check out their seasonal events.

9Mile Farm Dome Tent Stay may not be for everyone if you are uneasy without strong wifi, room service, a roof over your head, a lock on a door, early morning farm noises, or really nature this may not be your cup of tea. Please understand that the farm is undergoing constant improvements & various projects may be underway during your visit. We try to keep it tidy but realistically that just isn't always possible.

We are happy to greet you upon arrival and give you a small tour to familiarize yourself with the property. If this is something you would like please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise you won't see us unless you need us, please make yourselves at home. We do want to emphasize that the space is yours to enjoy and share (in the interest of full disclosure) with an occasional owl, deer, forest mouse, mosquito, bee, spider, snail, bat or slug because one will undoubtedly make an appearance.

Welcome to Moby's Cozy Coastal Glamping experience, boho Canvas Glam Tent in Pacific Beach, ideally located just a 5-minute flat walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive from Seabrook Resort!
This spacious 300 square foot tent comfortably accommodates two adults, a perfect retreat near the beach. Interior wood burning fireplace (first set of firewood included and fire set & ready to light), Gas BBQ, Outdoor firepit and separate, private heated full bathroom.
The heated full bathroom is located in the separate newly built garage where you will also find a coffee bar with biscotti treats. The garage space is not shared with the primary Moby's Beachhouse rental.
Please bring wood for your outdoor firepit fire, which can easily be purchased down the street at the local market.
Please note you have access to the yard and area where the tent is located. A white fence separates your area from Moby's Beachhouse, next door.
Our cozy tent sleeps 2, includes a comfy full size bed, interior wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom located in the new garage next to the tent. An outdoor firepit, Propane BBQ and picnic table are also on the property for Yurt use.

The two outbuildings on the property are unoccupied.
This is a separate booking from Moby's Beachhouse.
This is an open, grassy lot with a large tree and beach grass. There is a new garage adjacent which contains the full heated bathroom and a coffee station for your private, exclusive use. The garage is not rentable, nor used for cars. The property is off of a non busy road that is used by neighbors.

Waterfall Sanctuary is a hidden gem on 17 acres, bordered on two sides by the Gifford Pinchot N F. In the heart of the Columbia River Gorge just outside Carson, Washington. It's home to a mini-farm with goats, ducks, & chickens. Deer & elk walk through the property on a fairly regular basis depending on the season, it's less than a mile walk (or short drive) to the Wind River with a swimming hole, & a short distance further to the Pacific Crest Trail.
A 20-minute drive & you're at the Columbia River. An hour to the West is Portland if you are in the mood for some city life, & 35 minutes east is Hood River, a gorgeous old town with tons of charm. The closest town, Stevenson, Washington is home to shops, local restaurants, & access to the Columbia River.
Also in close proximity are amazing waterfalls, trails, & National Forest roads that are close by & well maintained. No matter the season there is something to do a short distance from the property.
Keep in mind that the property is very rugged except for the trails we have provided to access other parts of the property. We are as off grid & sustainable as possible- while no electricity or running water is available at the individual sites, we provide battery or solar operated lighting, a container of water for each site.

We are located on a very private property (the only houses you will see are across the inlet) surrounded by nature but only about 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and 5 minutes from I-5 and Lacey.
The property is situated on the very south end of Henderson Inlet. We are on the tide flats so twice a day (at high tide) we have the opportunity to explore on the water in canoes and kayaks. The property is spread over 16 acres and is comprised of two large fields (one in front of our home and the other is a smaller meadow off to the side (hidden meadow) and forest land. There is tons of space for playing, exploring and tiring out your kids and pups!
Wildlife is abound with eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, shore birds and a variety of forest birds make this place their home. We are also frequented by the local deer who wonder through and say hi.
About the campground:
The campground is located in the far northeast corner of the property on the edge of the forest and meadow. In the common areas you will find the porta potty, shower and sink. There is also a supply closet that has the yard games and extra supplies. There is a hot tub situated right on the edge of the forest with peek-a-boo views of the inlet. You will also find garbage and recycling bins.
There are trails throughout the forest along the 600 feet of water (tide) front. Along the trails you will find several different benches, seats and swings to relax and enjoy nature from. There are also fairies and gnomes who have been sighted in the forest. If you look closely, you might spot one too! We ware, if you touch a fairy or gnome they do lose their magical powers so please respect the mystical creatures. 😊
The sites are about 500 feet from our house and offer great privacy. You may see us throughout the day and evening coming and going from the campground, working on the property or playing with the kids on the trails!

At 180 acres Glendale Farm in Chimacum, in operation since 1857, is one of the largest single agricultural properties remaining in Jefferson County. The farm includes prime agricultural soils, over half a mile of East Chimacum Creek, and forested areas. The easement protects a buffer zone for salmon and wildlife habitat along the east fork of Chimacum Creek and protects the agricultural and forestry values of the property forever. Jefferson Land Trust and collaborative partners purchased the easement to Insure Glendale farm maintains agricultural practices and wildlife habitat forever! Please be aware this is a working farm with poultry, livestock, and the use of farm equipment providing a great experience for farm life.
Glendale farm experienced a devestating loss in 2022, the primary residence burned down, and since then has been going through an extensive cleanup from an extreme hoarding situation. We recommend using shoes at all times as we are still in the process of combing the grounds for glass and possible sharp objects. You can expect to see old farm equipment, some derelict Rvs, and material debris which we are raising funds to remove. Please be patient with us as we continue to improve the site with future showers, a comunal kitchen, and improved landscaping.
The Glendale Farm is 1/4 mile walk to and from FinnRiver Farms, where you can enjoy cider, beer, live music, delicious snacks each and every weekend! you can check out their seasonal events.

Our Tatoosh Tipi has a full bed and has the option to have 4 additional cots. The outdoor kitchen area has a mini fridge, Blackstone Grill, Charcoal Grill, Coffee maker and most utensils that you may need.
The bathhouse has sink, toilet, and shower. The private hot tub is a two person.

Nearby outdoor attractions include: mountains for MTB, hiking, and rock climbing; the Snoqualmie River for floating, rafting and fishing, and lakes for swimming and fishing. Bumbleberry Woods is a magical place to escape from urban life and relax in nature, with easy access to the beautiful small towns of Snoqualmie and North Bend.

The space
Welcome to Moby's Cozy Coastal Glamping experience, boho Canvas Glam Tent in Pacific Beach, ideally located just a 5-minute flat walk from the beach and a 3-minute drive from Seabrook Resort!
This spacious 300 square foot tent comfortably accommodates two adults, a perfect retreat near the beach. Interior wood burning fireplace (first set of firewood included and fire set & ready to light), Gas BBQ, Outdoor firepit and separate, private heated full bathroom.
The heated full bathroom is located in the separate newly built garage where you will also find a coffee bar with biscotti treats. The garage space is not shared with the primary Moby's Beachhouse rental.
Please bring wood for your outdoor firepit fire, which can easily be purchased down the street at the local market.
Please note you have access to the yard and area where the tent is located. A white fence separates your area from Moby's Beachhouse, next door.
Our cozy tent sleeps 2, includes a comfy full size bed, interior wood burning fireplace, bistro table and a private, full heated bathroom located in the new garage next to the tent. An outdoor firepit, Propane BBQ and picnic table are also on the property for Yurt use.
Sleeps 2, No pets in the tent.
The two outbuildings on the property are unoccupied.
This is a separate booking from Moby's Beachhouse.
This is an open, grassy lot with a large tree and beach grass. There is a new garage adjacent which contains the full heated bathroom and a coffee station for your private, exclusive use. The garage is not rentable, nor used for cars. The property is off of a non busy road that is used by neighbors.

I booked the entire site for my birthday and had a great time! The new covered area over the kitchen is excellent, and was especially nice during rainy weather. Multiple tents to choose from, a nice big fire pit, and multiple toilets for easy access. Timber and Bethany were super accommodating and helpful, will definitely be back out here again!

My travel dog Thor and I had an exceptionally warm and cozy stop at this beautiful property en route to Golden BC.
The field tent sits on a lovely deck overlooking a beautiful valley. With all the development in Spokane it is amazing that this beautiful semi urban area is so close to the city. We loved watching the sunset, deer in the field and stars at night.
The tent and field kitchen are exceptionally well appointed. The bed is super comfy and the tent feels like a boutique hotel with all the hosts thoughtful touches.
The host are lovely and great communicators.
So glad they are sharing their little piece of Spokane valley paradise with people like me.
We will be back with more time to relax, enjoy the tent, deck and the beautiful valley.

Gary and friends thought of everything. Fun for the whole family. From the glowing rock paintings, the chickens and fresh eggs, bunnies, beautiful garden, the color and whimsy - It was absolutely perfect. The girls were able to run around the magical forest, dressed like fairies, homemade crowns and all. TJ was a volunteer at the time and he truly made the entire stay such a fun experience. He was helpful, kind, fun and truly just an amazing person. We can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our one night stay at Jake and Molly’s! The tent was spacious inside and we were nice and warm during the night. We also loved stargazing by the fire pit; it was so clear! We could even hear coyotes howling and owls hooting in the distance. A special stay for sure!

We had a really nice stay here on a sunny weekend in the fall. Kory was very friendly and brought us a bag of freshly picked apples and pears. The tent and bed were comfortable, it got chilly at night and the bed was very warm and cozy. The location was convenient, less than a mile into town.

The yurt was such a great experience! It was decked out with everything you could possibly need (chargers, flashlights, batteries) & the kitchen had all necessary supplies. The driving and parking directions were very clear. The land is beautiful. It was a bit louder than expected, with sound traveling across from other neighbors in the AM, but other than that our experience was great and I would go back again!

Tent kept us dry and bedding was clean! We brought our own sleeping bags for warmth, which I 10/10 recommend as the nights can get chilly. The host offered to set up a propane pit/tank for an extra fee as there was a burn ban in place, which really added to our experience! Loved hearing the river and the birds in the morning. Clean porta-potty’s, and a well lit central area so you’re not stumbling in the dark. 15 mins to Forks, 10mins to La Push, this location is perfect for beach and forest trail hiking and close to food/supplies. Enjoy!

We had so much fun. We loved the Waterfall Sanctuary. 5 girls and two dogs at the shade tree tent. Loved having the picnic table there and we made do with the fire ban in place. Next time we’ll probably rent the space 6 which has more room for chairs etc.
or the star gazing tent which looked absolutely incredible. We couldn’t figure out the shower and the toilet room toilet unfortunately would splash up on us when we tried to use it so we preferred to use the porta potty (which was the cleanest porta potty I’ve ever seen).
We loved having access to Tyla’s grill to cook our dinners and next to that is a propane fire pit which we didn’t utilize this time. We LOVED using the sauna on our last morning for $20 per person. That was definitely the hi-light of our trip. The goats and chickens were really cute. And our dogs loved taking walks around the property.
The blankets in the tent are super thin so definitely bring your own comforters/sleeping bags. The watering hole is a 5 minute drive from home base and the coolest spot down the road. We wish we spent more time down there. It was a cold plunge. The two waterfalls nearby were very close also, like 25 minute drive and are a must see (both of them). We would stay here again.
