The River Resort sits on the Pilchuck River, it's located on a dead end private gravel road. This is one site with two bell tent canvas yurts. One party at a time is all we allow. Yurt #1 is 16 ft. has 1 queen bed a fold out single couch an electric fireplace. Yurt #2 is 16 ft. and has a double bed and same couch and fireplace. There is power for RV close by with additional room for more tents. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/woman. Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use. Two picnic table, a covered kitchen area with a water pump, just bring your own water to wash dishes. An above ground fire pit you can cook on. We can also provide a propane tank for $15.00 for 2 nights, grill is free to use.. For an additional fee, a wheel barrel full of good dry wood for $25.00 all payable directly to Bruce/Lynn at check out. We live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at river. The listing is for eight people on the property but if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest ages 5 and above up to an additional 8 people for a total of 16 people. Payable directly to Bruce and Lynn at check out. Do NOT INCLUDE EXTRAS IN YOUR RENTAL FEE today. We do ask you to list everyone 5 and above so we know who will be on property. We are a recycle family so please use our recycle bins, but you must take out your own garbage when you leave. We will provide you with two large garbage bags. We ask that you remove your shoes while in yurts. Animals are welcome and they can be inside the yurts, but NOT on furniture/beds. Also, we provide doggie poo bags, and a shovel so pick up what they leave behind them. We have a camp box that can be rented if you want to camp but do not have typical camping supplies. You can fish from our rivers edge, but you must have a fishing license and know the fishing regulations in order to not be fined. For the 4th of July, min. 3-day rental is required. Please note neighbors can be very loud celebrating during this time. We cannot ask them to be quiet. This is recreational property so keep that in mind Come relax and let the stresses of daily life until you get back home from being on this beautiful property. You’ll have access to a gas grill. Propane is not provided, so bring a tank for BBQ. Bring your favorite cooking utensils, we do provide a kitchen area with a sink, just bring your own water for doing dishes! Propane not provided but you can fill your tanks just in case in town at the Shell station. There is a separate fire pit with a charcoal base and a kettle bar! One hammock for lazy days right on the river! There’s 30-amp power available at the restrooms so bring your extension cord for your RV is needed. We have one extension cord to each of the yurts so you can charge your electronics. We have two swings, teeter totter, floating toys are for your use if not popped or left to float down river. Everything is at your own risk! We are constantly adding more! During the 4th of July, the neighbors come alive and it can get pretty loud. We cannot ask our neighbors to quiet down even though there is a sound ordinance at 11 pm. please keep that in mind if you want to book for the 4th. It is a 3-night minimum for holidays. No refunds will be given should you decide to leave early. So come check us out, we are sure you will love our piece of Paradise!

River Fun at River Rowley Resort

Our stay at Rowley River Resort was exactly the peaceful retreat our family needed. After a hectic stretch filled with endless appointments, having a quiet space in nature allowed all of us to finally exhale. The setting could not have been better. The river level was low during our visit, which made it safe, accessible, and an absolute highlight for the kids. We originally planned to explore the Big Four Ice Caves and Lake Stevens, but we loved our campsite so much that we never felt the need to leave the property. It was a restorative stay for everyone in our group. My sister had the space and tranquility to focus on healing, the kids completely disconnected from screens to enjoy the outdoors, and the rest of us got meaningful, uninterrupted time together to make lasting memories. A heartfelt thank you to Lynn and Bruce. You have created something truly special here, and we are so grateful for your warmth, hospitality, and the care you put into hosting. We cannot recommend Rowley River Resort enough and look forward to returning.

Our New Happy Place

Staying at the Rowley River Resort was absolutely blissful. The river was perfect. Very shallow and calm water, but there is one spot thats just deep enough for kids to swim if they want to or put their feet down and touch the ground. My kids spent all day every day in the water, and my 8 year old learned to swim on this trip! My only regret is not staying for longer, as we were all very sad to leave. The yurts were immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was perfection. Lynn and Bruce are friendly and excellent hosts. We will be returning every year!

Rainy weekend but super fun!

Thank you Bruce and Lynn for the amazing experience. It was a wet weekend but we had so much fun hanging out by the river and staying dry in the Yurts. Bruce and Lynn provide so many activities for the kids so they were never bored. The campsite was very clean and private. Highly recommend this site for friends that have friends who dont have a tent or camping gear. A great introduction to the outdoors. We will definitely be back.

10/10 would stay again!

I've stayed at many Hipcamps and Lynn and Bruce have been the best hosts! We absolutely LOVED the site and all the amenities. It was right on the river which was the best part. It was my sister's first time camping with her kids, and everyone had an amazing time. There were so many thoughtful touches from floats to kids painting supplies to string lights to plants around the site. We all fought over the hammock and had to limit time so we could all have a turn! You can tell they take very very good care of the site and the guest experience is important to them. The beds were really comfortable and each of the yurts had such great touches like lamps and fans, and even a drying rack. Really loved our time!

Awesome camping ground

We had our yearly family camping trip here this year and it was such a fun time! The yurts were so gorgeous and being on the river was so awesome. They had everything you could think of including a grill and river floats! We will most definitely be booking for future family camping trips. Lynn and Bruce are absolutely amazing hosts. Every single need was met from them. And they are so kind. I highly recommend their beautiful little oasis.

Great place!

We will definitely be going back to the Rowley Resort! Bruce and Lynn have done an amazing job creating a beautiful atmosphere to kick back and relax. We played with our grandson in the river, Lynn provided paint so the kids could paint rocks. The yurts and bathroom were super clean. I backed our 24ft travel trailer down to the site with no problem. I wouldn’t recommend trying it with a 5th wheel due to lower branches. Bruce has power on site, no need for a generator. The hanging lights were a very nice touch at night.

Myself and three kiddos stayed a couple of nights. The location was great and there's so much to do on this property. Lynn and Bruce have an eye for all the details to make this place so comfy, no matter the western WA weather. We will absolutely come back!

Secluded getaway on the river

Lynn + Bruce are great hosts and I really loved staying at their bell tent on the river. There are tons of hikes and other things to do in the area, although the campsite is about 5 steps to the river so I found myself hanging out by the water for most of my stay! The site itself is very private and was also nice having a very clean shower house/outhouse available as well!

What a beautiful weekend! We had 3 families stay, 8 adults, 4 kids and 3 dogs. It did not disappoint! The yurt was a nice addition. We had room for a small RV and more tents. The seesaw and swings were great for the kids. Outhouse has a sink with hot water. Shower was a great touch too. River was perfect for kid play complete with floaties for guest use. Owners were very tentative throughout booking process and stay. Very nice property and people!

River Fun!

Lynn and Bryce have a beautiful piece of property that sits right on the river. Great for kids and adults to cool off in the Summer and enjoy the water! We used their yurt that was clean and comfortable… lots of great space for camping equipment and for play. There were a couple different fire pits and bbq for grilling. It was very easy to find and hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our questions! We’ll be back for sure!

Great if you don’t mind visitors

The campsite was lovely but the stairs down to the river broke while we were using it. It’s a very quiet campsite but we did have a couple of visitors while there that the owner brought down. Then later a young kid came to grab something from the river. As young women traveling alone we weren’t super comfortable. Wonderful trip and experience but probably won’t use again.
