Cowlitz River Cabins offers seasonal river access. An authentic Tipi to choose from for your vacationing pleasure. You have your own private HOT TUB and fire pit situated on 6 acres in park-like setting in the Packwood/Randle, area of Washington. Please note there are three other cabins on the 6 acres. Our Tatoosh Tipi is located near the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Goat Rocks Wilderness and the Tatoosh Mountain Range. We are centrally located between Mt. Rainier, Mt St. Helens, Mt. Adams and White Pass Recreation area. Our Tatoosh Tipi has a full bed and has the option to have 4 additional cots. The outdoor kitchen area has a mini fridge, Blackstone Grill, Charcoal Grill, Coffee maker and most utensils that you may need. The bathhouse has sink, toilet, and shower. The private hot tub is a two person.The Tatoosh Tipi with private HOT TUB – camping at its finest! Come and enjoy an experience of a lifetime in this beautiful and private 22’ diameter tipi hand painted in a native Ceremonial design. Our tipi is just a short walking distance to the Cowlitz River. The inside of the tipi is furnished with a cloud-like Double bed and up to 4 twin cots upon request. The floor is made of terra cotta colored stamped concrete. Turn "roughing it" into a luxurious experience! Outside the tipi and just a few feet away is your private HOT TUB as well as your private bath house, complete with shower, toilet and sink. All the comforts of home! Enjoy your morning, day, or evening underneath the covered outdoor kitchen while relaxing at the table, enjoying your meal prepared on your charcoal BBQ grill and/or propane Blackstone griddle.. Then later sit around the outside fire pit enjoying s’mores. The Tipi campsite is located on 6 acres of private park-like property that sits along the Cowlitz River and conveniently located to area attractions such as Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens and Pinchot National Park where hiking trails are bountiful. There are 3 rental cabins spread throughout the 6 acres, each with their own private area. The garden, play structure and paths to the river are for all guests to enjoy. Please note: There is one full bed in the tipi and upon request we can add up to 4 cots.

Tatoosh Tipi
This was a wonderful place to stay! The tipi was stocked with everything we needed for two adults and two small humans. Danielle responded to all of our questions super quickly, which was a great help. The bed was supremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this to others! For folks using the shower- just make sure that the water heater is not all the way up- it does not mess around!

Tatoosh Tipi
Had a wonderful time away from the city at Tatoosh Tipi! My first time "glamping" and it was everything I hoped for. Great hosts with patience in answering my questions, a private shower/toilet and a campfire for smores. They even had toasting sticks! Would absolutely recommend!

Tatoosh Tipi
A wonderful getaway for anyone looking for a unique and pleasantly peaceful place to stay. The Tipi with bath house and outdoor kitchenette made things so simple and very convenient for us. The hosts were also lovely and even let us pick veg from their garden! 5 stars. Would recommend!

Tatoosh Tipi
The Tipi is quite a fun way to camp! The provided fan really moves the air nicely for ventilation. The area is beautiful and close to Rainier National Park. The provided directions made it easy to find even in the dark. Saw a herd of elk down by the river. Nice easy path to get down to the river. It also is blackberry season so they were everywhere. The hot tub is nice yet room for only two reasonably. The fridge an eating area also were nice. Just wish there was a spatula for pancakes. Maybe I missed it. Would definitely stay again!
