We absolutely loved staying in the yurt it was very spacious with plenty of extra moving around space. The host left us lots of candles and other essentials to use during our stay. The outside firepit, bbq and hammock is a great addition. Although the mosquitoes where out with a vengence we managed with the spray and tiki torches our host also provided. (Understandably so since we had a nice good rain a day before our trip)

Our family had the most incredible stay here! We came with our 9-year-old daughter, and it was such a special experience from beginning to end. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. Clare served us beautiful coffee served on an elegant platter, which was such a thoughtful touch. We loved the farm tour and getting to learn about the property, but our daughter’s absolute favorite part was collecting fresh eggs from the chicken coop each morning. Those are memories she’ll never forget. The peaceful setting, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made this so much more than just a place to stay—it felt like visiting friends. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxing farm stay with amazing hosts, we can’t recommend this place enough!

Weekend Trip to Curley Creek Canyon

This was a beautiful spot on some beautiful wilderness. The site is very lovingly cared for and maintained by the owner, with fantastic personal touches around the land. Little wooden statues, unique stump and log carved outdoor furniture, and winding stone and gravel work are spread throughout the main site, making it feel like you're walking into a secret magic valley. There's plenty of nice trails across the property that take you down to the creek and into other interesting parts of the forest. The creek itself has a small kayak tied up and a few floaties that kids can use in the shallow water to play without having to worry. The campsites themselves are spacious and well maintained and spread apart; each site felt very private and personable. The host is causal and friendly and gave good vibes from the moment we pulled up to the site. A great place to stay that's not too far into the wilderness, but still feels wild and mysterious.

Weekend Trip to Sweet Alyssum Farm - Tent Camping

We loved staying at Alyssa's farm. The property has beautiful flowers, chickens, a couple of pigs, and lots of birds. The campsite is nestled in the trees on the eastern edge of the property, so there's nice morning shade. The community kitchen was great, and the cherry trees offered shade in the afternoon/evening when the campsite gets more direct sun exposure. It was conveniently located close to town (easy 10min. walk). All in all, great experience and would stay here again.

3 nights at Highland Park Hideaway

Patrick's spot is wonderful and so close to Seattle. Backing up down the driveway is a little challenging as it is quite narrow, but we did it!! Patrick was a great host and very responsive. A great gem in the middle of the city. Will certainly stay there again in the future! Thank you Patrick!!

This hammock is set up close to a drop. It's above the creek that flows through so you can relax and just listen to the water below.

Very nice place! Really a Tent camp ground however. Not advisable for anything bigger than a Short wheel base sprinter van, car or pickup. Nice steep hike down to a natural stream!

This is lovelier than pictures can depict. Just the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. The barn and field are great assets, and we had a lovely night of s’mores. When we left, my son said, “This was not what I expected, but it was so much fun!” Thank you!

Virginia is the best host. What a cute and hidden hideaway. The yurt was massive and the Forest gave us so much to explore. Reception is spotty so plan on disconnecting and enjoying nature. My son and I had great quality time.

1 night at Highland Park Hideaway

There is no where in Seattle in the city to stay if you have an RV and want go to any of the games (Seahawks, Storm, etc) or check out all that the city has to offer. So finding Patricks little Garden Spot was Perfect for us and the dogs. Great place to stay. Very quiet and secure. Felt very safe to leave all our belongings and dogs when we went to the game. The RV spot is covered by a large metal structure which was great. Keep the heat or rain out. Patrick was friendly, informative and accommodating and the instruction of how to get there were clear and it’s easy to find, park and turn around. Our RV is 20ft long, but the area could easily park something bigger. We will definitely be staying there again.
